"Pools can be cleaner. Room cleaning and service was good. Friendly staff. Loved the Ocean view from our 5th floor room, and beach view from the beach pool, especially when sunsets. The Resort is beautiful and is centre to many places and walking distance to night market."

"Beautiful room. Easy walk into Grand World and free shuttle to Vin Wonders. Had interconnecting rooms which is great for families. Included breakfast was lovely and has plenty of options. "

Impressive views from rooftop bar which offers delicious snacks (we especially loved the bruschetta) in addition to drinks."

"The room at Premier Residences Phu Quoc was nice, but needs an update. The cleanliness was just okay for the room. The shower abs sinks needed work as far as cleaning. The views are incredible. The service is excellent. The breakfast is exceptional. The pool area is really well done. The breakfast Buffet might be the best on Earth. Improve the room cleanliness and this property might be perfect."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout my visit. The ocean is absolutely beautiful—clean and perfect for relaxing. The location is also very convenient, with easy walking distance to the main road and nearby shops if you need to buy anything. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"A very quiet location with a lot of families. The villas are private. However the bedrooms would benefit from soundproofing as the neighbours screaming children could be easily heard when trying to sleep through the night. The staff are lovely, although could be more attentive during the afternoon and early evening. I found the people providing the massages to be variable in terms of skills, which for the price I found disappointing overall so wouldn’t book these again. That said, I would definitely recommend staying here."
