Right on the beach

Older, and a little worn, but generally nice hotel. Walking distance from the night market, and plenty of restaurants in the area. Rooms are nice and air, and the breakfast was good.

Nice resort with access to the beach

Very nice resort with polite staff. Room was clean and breakfast tasty. 1 min by walk to the beach and 20 min by walk to night market.

Hotel has great beach front location with lush green garden. Sadly, the owner decided that’s enough to sell rooms. Everything else is afterthought from mediocre breakfast, unreliable WiFi, impossible water taps, broken handles, dated furniture to snowy TV reception and murky pool water. At this price I could have stayed up north in brand new hotel.

5 stars location, 2 stars rooms. The outside is great. Nice lay out garden, on the beach, very nice. Quiet and 2 minutes walk to the main road. Very nice. The room is another story. The mattress are as hard as a board. I have travel in Asia in small boutique hotel and never saw that bad before. Not sure why would they choose that for a place that seems to cater to a Caucasian clientele. The shower was sub par. A cheap shower head, hooked to 1 inch bracket, barely holding. No water pressure, water bearly coming out a few inches. They didn't have hand towel, just body towel. Although the temperature was not very hot, the A/C would barely reach 23.5C at maximum cool. Not a problem for us, but some people would mind. Our whole trip was shifter 2 days because our airline cancelled our flight. The resort wouldn't accommodate us and shift our reservation 2 days later while staying 2 days longer. So we decided to stay at a different hotel for the last two days in Phu Quoc. Although the new place cost like $32 per night, the room was at a totally different level, not even comparable. Yes the location was not as good, but it was much, much better

This property is older and a bit rundown and in need of some serious tender loving care. Maintenance is being done though. There are pool tiles missing and ladders out of the pool could do with some work, lots of cracked tiles on pathways around the property too. We had a lovely beach villa. Unfortunately our door had a few issues with the handle coming off and being locked in but it was fixed straight away every time, and the bath/shower drainage was terrible and went across the bathroom. We were the only ones in a beachfront villa, but were there the days they decided to do edging on the footpath and chainsaw the trees out the front, so not really ideal. Felt we couldn’t sit on our veranda and enjoy the view. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby as well as atms, chemists and supermarkets.

Amenities were very run down, it’s not a very child friendly resort each day at breakfast my child couldn’t sit on high chair that was full of ants even after telling staff they did nothing about it. Also one day while we were away we get a text saying a towel has a stain which we did not do, they state that they tried several cleaning methods and stain won’t come out. We advised them that it was an old stain that had already been there, but because we did not inspect all our towels they are making us pay for the whole towel, it’s very poor on their end and so cheap, overall I wouldn’t stay there again even the transfer ride we were squashed in the car

Fatal flaws

For a three star resort, the Orange Resort was generally a nice property. Very helpful, friendly staff. Good restaurant. Nicely landscaped. Modern clean up to date rooms. But there were two fatal flaws that will prevent me from visiting this property again: 1. There is a bar/beach club two doors down from the Orange Resort. Loud thumping music can be heard at the Orange Resort at any hour up until midnight. 2. There are two main stairs to the beach. Unfortunately both are treacherously steep, stone and concrete stairs with no railings.

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal, främst i receptionen! Alltid med ett leende på läpparna. Stort och extra tack till Eric som hjälpte oss med många olika saker. Fick uppgradering av rummet och vi bodde så bra i en härlig bungalow vid stranden - stort tack! Våra 2 dagar blev istället 6 dagar på Orange! Frukosten var det enda vi inte var nöjda med. För litet utbud av olika saker och bättre bröd och pålägg behövs. Uppläggningen av maten var inte så inbjudande. Kaffet smakade illa, svart kaffe Americano hade varit önskvärt. på.Oranfe. . Slitet men väldigt mysigt hotell.

I behov av uppfräschning men det slitna vägdes lätt upp av läget precis vid havet, lugnet- inga ljud från stora vägen nådde till hotellområdet-, lummigheten och grönskan, den trevliga personalen, den välskötta trädgården och poolen. Ett billigt boende till bra standard. Det enda jag saknade var yoghurt till frukost. Sen är det ju alltid trist när hotellgästena ”paxar” solstolar hela dagarna fast de bara nyttjar dem i några timmar. Det fanns dock stolar till alla men det var ont om parasoller. AC:n på rummet var effektiv och det var tur för mitt på dagen gick det inte vara ute pga värmen. Phu Quoc bjöd på en hel del restauranger och massagemöjligheter. Det fanns inget av turismens nackdelar med gapiga försäljare eller Gucci-kopior. Här var det tyvärr lika skräpigt på gator och trottoarer som på fastlandet. Det var inte turisterna som kastade sitt skräp bredvid soptunnorna som fanns utplacerade. Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse på Orange Resort.

코로나로 인해 한동안 손님들이 없어서 인지, 수영장과 같은 일부 시설은 관리가 좀 아쉬웠습니다만, 해변과 바로 연결돼있어 해변이용과 일몰을 보기에 좋았습니다. 주변 도로에 식당들도 많고, 가까이에 마트도 있습니다. 숙소에서 공항 픽업 서비스를 제공해 줬으며, 오토바이 렌트를 주선해줘서 편하게 이용했습니다.

Huono aamupala!

Aamupala todella heikko, siis huono. Pikkukärpäsiä ruuat täynnä, joka aamu. Kahvi täysin juomakelvotonta. Munakkaanpaistaja löytyy, mutta noin desi öljyä joka munakkaaseen, eikä minkäänlaista englannin kielen taitoa, jotta olisi saanut muutosta asiaan. Muutenkin koko aamiastila hyvin epämiellyttävä halli. Tarvitsisi osaavan ravintolapäällikön joka saisi ruuat ja tavarat esiin asianmukaisesti. Henkilökunta käsitteli ruokia, esim leipiä käsin, nosteli niitä pöydän alta esiin samalla kun keräsi roskia ja siivosi muuten. Juomapöydässä lasit toisessa reunassa ja siellä kahvi ja kahvikupit siellä missä erittäin pahat makuaine mehut. Astioita korjattiin pöydistä vasta kun asiakkaat lähti. Vastaanotto kolkko ja palvelu ei mitenkään hyvää. Huone itsessään siisti ja hyvä. Patjat todella kovia ja ilmastointi puhaltaa suoraan sänkyihin. Alueella tehtiin hyönteistorjuntaa vaikka mekin kävelimme ihan vieressä ja saimme myrkyt niskaamme, samoin altaalla makaili ihmisiä ihan muutaman metrin päässä. Ei kyllä ollut ötököitä, mikä hyvä puoli asiassa. Ravintolassa yleiseen tasoon hieman kalliimmat hinnat. Söimme pitsaa, mikä oli ainoa kasvisruoka, ei mitenkään hyvää. Sijaitsee hyvällä alueella, missä paljon muita palveluita. Ranta hyvä, mutta aivan liian vähän varjoja ja rantatuoleja. Kokonaisuudessa ihan siedettävä hotelli kolmen yön oleiluun.

Very cozy resort right on the beach. A low rise complex with matured foliage. Great little restaurant overlooking the beach and 100 yards from the Main Street for all the action. Best of all the staff, friendly and willing to make you holiday perfect.

Perfekt

Kan verkligen rekommendera denna resort. Personalen var mkt tillmötesgående och trevliga.Om vi bad om något fixade de det direkt. Vi fick en del myggbett och personalen kom då med salva och spray för att hjälpa till. Alla som jobbar på resorten hälsar glatt varje gång man möter dem. Vi hade en bungalow vid stranden som var väldigt mysig, inte varje dag man vaknar till vågornas brus. Stranden nedanför var ren och bra. Läget är perfekt och gångavstånd till affärer o restauranger. Det var rent och fräscht på området. Åker vi tillbaka till Phu Quoc kommer vi garanterat bo här igen.

Vi storkoste oss på Orange Resort

Jeg, min kone og vår datter på 11år hadde det helt fantastisk. Komplekset er veldig koselig med mye palmer og frittstående bungalower. Og det har direkte adgang til stranden. Eneste som trakk litt ned var renholdet av basseng annet. Personalet var alltid klare til å hjelpe til med hva enn det skulle være. Og Rose kom bort til oss ved frokosten hver dag og spurte om vi hadde det bra.

Amazing location - right on the beach!!! Great location- in the center of the action with little restaurants and shops Pretty clean, beautiful surrounding area- the pool, lots of plants, well done landscaping!!! Lots of things need to be fixed- from shampoo holders to broken lights, doors etc But at this price point not a deal breaker as it’s clean- most important

7泊ほどお世話になりました。施設は経年からくる状態の変化がありますが、素晴らしいロケーション、フレンドリーなスタッフでゆっくりと過ごし、楽しめました。 ホテルのレストランでの夕陽を見ながらの食事も大変良かったです。

서비스 시설은 별로 위치 조식은 좋아요

3가족이 3개의 방을 예약하고 3박 함. 방2개는 문이 잘 안닫힘. 어머니 환갑기념으로 방문해서 처음 3박은 시내에서 돌아다니기위해 잡았는데 위치랑 조식은 좋음 대신 시설이 오래되고 벌래 자주보임 문틈이 있어 완벽한 차단이 되지 않음. 숙소 방 꾸며준다고 어떤방을 꾸며주냐고 물어보기까지 했는데 3방다 아무것도 안해서 당황함. 아이들 없으면 그냥 있을정도. 있다면 별로. 직원들 말투는 무뚝뚝하나 친절하기는 함. 공항 픽업샌딩 서비스는 무료라서 그점은 좋고 리조트간 이동은 안되지만 택시나 벤을 대신 예약해주고 시티투어도 비교적 저렴한가격에 한인여행사와 비슷한 코스 운영함.
