Property was situated on quiet side of the island. They have scooter rental for good price if you need to go to other side of island. Restaurant food and service was excellent.

The worst resort I have ever experienced
This is the worst resort I have ever stayed in. I have traveled to over 30 countries and stayed in some horrible places but this was by far the worst. It is way too overpriced with terrible food to start. They double all the prices because there aren’t many other places to purchase food and drinks nearby. They tell you that you can’t bring your own snacks and drinks in either. Extremely uncomfortable, the beds are as hard as concrete. It is unsecured and unsafe, locks do not work, no safes in the rooms, the safe for your valuables that’s behind the reception desk is accessible to anyone and the night guard sleeps all night. There are 14 dogs (5 street dogs and 9 puppies)on site and it looks like a puppy mill. The dogs bark all day and all night so there is no relaxation. The dogs also bark and growl at guests and beg for food at the restaurant. There is drilling, hammering, chainsaws and construction noise while you’re trying to relax by the pool. They cater to clientele that smoke cigarettes so if you are a non smoker it’s impossible to enjoy any fresh air. Ocean and beaches are littered with trash and very rocky so you can’t swim there. Luna and Aron are completely incompetent managers, they possess a complete lack of customer service. To make it all worse we were then treated to an aggressive altercation from them when we brought these issues to their attention. We had to leave early as we didn’t feel safe. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place at all costs!

Hello, this is Luna.First of all, you stayed with us 3-4 years ago, and I am surprise you made the comment not until recently. I am also a bit glad that you brought this up so I can tell this story.During your stay with us, the inconvenience you experience, I admit there are some shortcomings in our part, however, some are made up by you in order to request for a refund on the remaining nights, which we did not agree because it is a nonrefundable booking. Your girlfriend came charging at me, when you couldn't get what you want, I got really scared, then Aaron stepped up and told your girlfriend to step back, then you came and pushed Aaron. We were not being aggressive at all, we were actually bullied by you and your girlfriend. At last, you left the resort without paying one or some of the meals (i couldn't remember clearly), and we felt fine as long as you leave, you were aggressive until the end. The next day, you came back apologizing and crying because you were afraid we'd call the police on you, I couldn't even face and hear your apology because I was in emotional distress. And now you made a comment like this????I still remember much details because during my 7 full years in Mango Beach resort, you are the only case that are so rude and intimidating.I hope you go on to live your merry life!From Luna Ngo, Aaron Nguyen

Nicest resort on the east coast, dirty ocean
Mango Beach is by far the nicest resort on the east coast of Phu Quoc! We stayed in one of the new rooms and everything was clean and quite nice. The balcony was overlooking the ocean. The pool was also much nicer than in any of the other resorts. The food was average and the ocean was really dirty. Also, as the roads are currently being redone, the trip from the airport/ to town was a hassle and very bumpy.

Personale disponibile e gentilissimo Navetta gratuita per aereoporto Scooter da noleggiare appena arrivi al resort ad un prezzo assolutamente ragionevole. Anche se non ha un affaccio sul mare bellissimo non lo abbiamo vissuti come un problema perché su un isola, con il motorino ti muovi benissimo e vai a cercarti ogni giorno una spiaggia diversa! Lo consiglierei a tutti coloro, sia coppie, gruppi di amici o famiglie che vogliono vedere phu quoc

Trivsam, familjär resort med stort fokus på service. Bra frukost och fina rum. Luna som jobbar där talar väldigt god engelska vilket hjälpte mycket. De bokade resor, ombesörjde marktransporter och såg till att vi fick bra priser på våra utflykter.Poolen var välskött. Spadelen var bra, något dyrare än på stan men fortfarande billigt jämfört med Sverige. Maten var bra, vällagad och fanns ett utbud som passade även barnen. Är det något som drar ner betyget något var det att sängarna var lite hårda. Mycket bra mellanklassboende. Rekommenderas varmt

Top plek!
Heerlijke plek! Geweldige bungalow met uitzicht op zee. Lief personeel en geen vraag was te veel. Eten vonden wij ook lekker. We zijn 3 dagen het terrein niet afgeweest. Fijn zwembad. Top massages. Erg genoten van ons verblijf hier.

Schönes Boutique Resort Hotel, das eine entspannte Atmosphäre bietet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber und Mitarbeiter. Tagsüber auf der offenen oder überdachten Meerplattform chillen und abends an der Bar einen der vielen Cocktails genießen. Das Essen ist gut und authentisch. Wie sagte mein Sohn: Willkommen bei Pirates of the Caribbean.

Établissement très calme, super belle piscine et nourriture excellente.si vous allez la pour Lola plage, vous serez déçus. C’est aussi à 40 minutes de route du centre ville. Mais si après le brouhaha des villes vous voulez relaxer sur l’an piscine, c’est idéal. Il n’y a rien autour, mais le ssite est très beau. Great rooms super staff, excellent food. Thé océan is disgusting and its far (40 min drive) from downtown and restaurant but thé resort is perfect and very quiet. If you want top relax beside thé beautiful pool it’s thé perfect spot!

Mango Beach är verkligen en fin resort! En fin pool, supermysig trädgård och stora bungalows. Vi var bara 5 gäster totalt när jag var där, vilket var väldigt lyxigt. Åk hit om du vill vara ensam och komma bort från turisthets. Nackdelen som kommer på köpet är att det ligger en bit bort från andra restauranger/butiker mm, då gäller det att åka taxi för att komma bort från resorten.

Great Hotel still located in a quiet area on the not so touristic side of the Island. But no problem to get to the night market to Doung Dong if you like (40 min drive). Very friendly, english-speaking staff, great view at the pool area. Delicious breakfast (pancakes, eggs, fruits). Food in the restaurant is excellent as well which is good - because there are not many options close to the hotel. Perfect place to escape stress and relax.

Si tratta sicuramente del resort più caratteristico che io abbia mai visitato. Confort, pulizia, cucina, cortesia e disponibilità di tutto il personale sono stati al massimo livello. Unico neo, ma questo non è certo responsabilità del resort, è rappresentato dalla impossibilita' di camminare sulla spiaggia, che ha bisogno di essere bonificata da oggetti di ogni tipo e vegetazione selvaggia.

Schönes Ressort mit Einschränkungen
Das Ressort ist wunderschön und das Team ist sehr bemüht. Die Bungalows sind luxuriös und sehr empfehlenswert. Wir hätten gerne Badeurlaub gemacht der Strand, auch das Meer ist unakzeptabel vermüllt. Der Swimmungpool ist so trübe das man nicht auf den Boden schauen kann (vermutlich Algen). Man ist sehr abgelegen Spaziergänge sind an der Müllkippe Strand unmöglich und auch an der Strasse uninteressant. Man muß mit dem Roller weit fahren um etwas zu unternehmen. Es gibt weit und breit nur das Restaurant des Ressorts und das Essen ist einfach, fade ohne Gewürze, Zubereitung. Dennoch kann man sich in der wunderschönen Anlage ein paar ruhige Tage am Pool machen. Es gibt auch Zimmer mit sehr einfacher Ausstattung.

Super hyggeligt sted, meget venligt personale, daglig rengøring og ikke for stort. Vejen der ud til er under opbygning så efter 3 dage med heftig regn og storm var vi spærret inde på resortet i 2 dage, da ingen biler kunne komme frem eller tilbage. Menukortet har dog lidt mangler. Er man til fred og ro er det stedet.
