Great value, fantastic staff.
Opened 2017, it provides great value for money. 4km from Ong Lang, one of the best beaches on Phu Quoc and a similar distance from the main town of Duong Don't.
A scooter or bicycle are needed to make the most of the stay here. Scooter for rent and bicycles (free of charge though poorly maintained).
Hotel is very well maintained. Great staff. Beautiful garden. Limited menu. Only real downside is that it's a little bit isolated if you don't ride a scooter or bicycle. Spent a total of ten days at Coco and was very sad to leave.

Very friendly and helpful staff
Comfortable room, nice pool and surrounded by beautiful garden. 5 mins away from Ong Lang beach. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Budget hotel with a good owner
This hotel is a little way out of town but very cheap. A supermarket Milani is a few minutes by scooter from the hotel. The owner is a really kind and generous man that invited me to dinner everynight and they cooked the food I bought from the market. Two other guests and I bought seafood one night and the owner made a BBQ and we had a great dinner. This is a new hotel and now has a swimming pool. Ong Lang beach is ten minutes by scooter and is by far the best beach in Duong Dong. There was no refrigerator in my room but they let me use the one at the restaurant.

Accueil EXCEPTIONNEL des gérants. Toujours prêts à aider les clients.
Hotel un peu loin de la plage et du centre mais l'hôtel loue des scooters pour se déplacer.

Coco Balley is quite a new hotel so everything is still neat. The staff is friendly and willig to help. The breakfast is ok.
Make sure you are certain your room has AC. The rooms without are killing.
Also we booked our boat and bus ticket back to Saigon with Coco Valley, but they mixed up something so we missed our boat and bus, but they didin't fully refumd our money which is a shame.
Oh they have a cute dog!
