The room was very clean. Staff members were friendly and attentive. Just FYI, the mattress was quite hard, so it’s great for back sleepers but not so much for side sleepers. Also, the spa is actually located a couple of blocks away and not exactly at the hotel.

L’HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi
Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel Skybar was very nice. Room looked a bit bigger in the pictures, but was still reasonable.

Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel
Location is excellent- right in the heart if things but the room is quiet and peaceful. It was no problem to leave our bags overnight while on a cruise.

Melia Hanoi
Many other good hotels in the area, so I don't think I will return to this hotel. Overall, the hotel is nice, in a quiet area which is close enough to the old quarter. Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel
I had a great stay at the Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, the breakfast was good, and the location would be tough to beat! Located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, everything is within walking distance! Would recommend!
