Windmill Suites Surprise - Phoenix, an Ascend Collection Hotel
This was my second stay here and would stay again. It was nice to have daily room service. Coffee and breakfast service was good. Good location for Spring Training access.

Our standard room did not have a refrigerator. Website said standard rooms came with refrigerators. The key card stopped working. Basic room nothing fancy. Was ok for 2 nights

There was no flat sheet on my bed. No liner for ice buckets. I could hear a toilet flushing. The gal who acknowledged me when I walked in never looked up from her phone. TV did not work in room.
