The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa
I was initially charged for a full prepaid room. Due to horrible circumstances, I requested a refund...even a partial refund. I was the one responsible for the booking. Initially, I was denied such a refund, but just receive a personal/kind reply from the Westin, and they are providing a full refund. ...

Orange Tree Resort
Room was nicer than expected. We had a view of the golf course so always looking at green fairway. Staff was pleasant, and eager to answer and questions or needs. Restaurant was clean food was good.

Sleep Inn North Scottsdale near Mayo Clinic
Rums were a bit run down, thin towels, very lumpy pillows and though the bed was clean there were surfaces that did not appear to be cleaned.
