"Property was great as was location. Super quiet neighborhood but close to shopping only several minutes to hwy 101 (but far enough away - no noise). Yard setting was awesome, lots of seating, lounge chairs, shade, room for kids to play and adults to lounge. We used pool, hot tub and pickleball court extensively. The house was well stocked and very livable! "

The home is spacious, immaculate, and spread out enough so that you can retreat for some quiet time if you don’t want to partake in the huge kitchen and family room, game and movie room, or lounge by the biggest pool I have ever seen in a rental property. The waterfall, lazy river, and misters kept us cool on the string of 106 degree days Phoenix was experiencing while we were there. My family and I travel to the Phoenix area every year, and will definitely be staying at this magnificent property again. "
