Rooms are absolutely filthy. I had to go to the store and grab cleaning supplies to clean the floors in the bathroom. Too bad the place is fairly new and just needs a better cleaning staff.

We were very happy with the full size fridge and the workable kitchen. The style of the property is like staying in a small casita best for more of a long term stay. We liked this style because we wanted to strictly control our diets and still be close to shopping, dining, and the Arizona desert.

The night attendant, William, was rude, and demanding! When I used the outside phone to dial 500, as the instructions requested, he scolded me for not pushing the button on the portable mechanism. (That was turned around to face the attendant) the berated me for not knowing what to sign. Next time there should be a remote for the TV in the room- we couldn’t watch any TV without visiting the front desk again. I wouldn’t stay here again, if you paid me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 night stay on the 3rd floor
Room was super clean, hotel smelled very nice. Staff was very friendly! Only bad parts were the shower and the bed frame. #1, water pressure was terrible, granted I was on the 3rd floor, but I have stayed at other hotels on the 3rd floor or higher and had good water pressure. #2, shower floor was slippery which is not a great feeling when you're taking a shower and thinking you're going to slip and get hurt. I would think a shower or tub mat could fix that issue. #3, the shower floor felt weak like I was going to fall through it. I'm 6', 195 lbs. and felt like it wasn't going to hold me. The bed mattress was comfortable, but the frame was noisy and anytime I moved it sounded like nails scratching the floor. Some plastic or foam covers on the frame feet could solve this issue.

The front desk notified us that they don’t provide any ice or ice cubes. There weren’t any Kleenex or paper products other than toilet paper, even though it had a full kitchen, (with no plates, unless you rent them), and we could have used some paper towels to clean up after our pizza we ordered. We used our wash clothes instead.

Not a great place.
Room wasn’t very clean, front desk staff complained about other people. No extra towels that I paid extra for. 1 little bottle of shampoo and 1 soap for two people. No coffee maker in the room or even for purchase, as the ads said. Beds are worn and sagging. All in all, not as described, won’t be staying there again.

Bare bones hotel. Although it has a kitchen, you have to purchase any and all the kitchen supplies and pay $2 each time you want to change out your linens. Didn't expect that. Also walls are very thin. We heard the TV almost every night starting around 3 a.m. The staff was good, and hotel is clean. But we think the main purpose of the hotel is for housing. We never felt unsafe. Very small lobby area. It is close to lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

There’s a kitchen at area with a full-size refrigerator, full-size microwave and stove top but not one dish. There was one plastic water cup. Not even a coffee maker. Had the worst stay in my life. Reserved for few nights while visiting the area. After the first night realized that I couldn’t sleep throughout the night due to the noise. Hotel is used by contractors and as of 3 am trucks were in an out of the parking, slamming doors and loud engines. Couldn’t sleep at all. Went to front desk and ask for another room and was told No, asked to check out and was refused refund for unused days and was told No. was told that fees were not refundable and as private owner they have a right to refuse. Called Expedia and they reached out to hotel and were told the same. I had to leave and stay somewhere else and pay for the hotel somewhere else
