Beautiful property. perfect for a group of 8! ... There were minor problems with communication. Information was not clear. Had to call to clarify on entry into property using lockpad. Code was incomplete. I guess they assumed we would know how to complete the code to gain entry. Also, WiFi password what not available to us till we called to get it hours later. I think that information should be readily available on arrival. I suggest they should work on correcting these two simple issues, which mattered to our group of 5!

I never write reviews and especially bad ones but for the good of the public..Do not stay here! The bed had little bugs and dirt on it. The pool was covered in dirt. Spider webs in the corner. The listing is misleading about both the property and the area. The internet never worked. We booked two nights and left within 20 hours because of how terrible this was. The property is run by a management company, and they were no help at all. They never got us connected to the internet or fixed any of our other problems. We told them we were leaving early because of these issues. I sent them pictures of everything and they still have not agreed to even a partial refund. Dealing with this management company was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had as a human being. Save yourself the trouble and don’t even consider booking with this company I’m sure they run the same scheme at all their others .

Wasn’t the cleanest. We arrived after a storm and the yard had chairs and umbrellas blown around. The bathroom locks from the outside and is very dirty around the shower. The pool was green until we tested water and treated it. The thermostat kept going back to 82. Every window in the house was unlocked upon arrival. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. Inadequate ac in the pool table room. Pictures definitely should be updated.
