This place really is a great as all of the 5-star reviews indicate. Pool was perfect. The entire place is very well maintained. You can tell that the owners used to live here: the place has all of the stuff you’d need and it simply very comfortable and easy to be in. Tip for anyone going downtown: you can drive about a mile to a shopping plaza parking lot and then take the light rail into downtown. It was free for us because we had tickets to an event at the Mortgage Center but no one was checking for fare anyway.

We loved the barrel sauna!!! and the kitchen was well equipped. Paula has set up a thoughtful coffee station complete with snacks. The house is super convenient to the airport, which is why we picked it. And if you want fabulous tacos, Cocina Madrigal is the place - beef tenderloin with blue cheese - yes, please!

When we arrived we were greeted with flowers, sweets, and snacks - a nice touch. The backyard is very welcoming. There was a gorgeous orchid bush, a sauna which we love because we are from MN, a wonderful pool and a putting green. We swam every day and loved it. Ben and Paula were quick to respond if we had a question. If you are looking for a place close to airport and downtown, this location meets that. Yard was secure for our pets. Beds were comfortable. Fantastic

Best VRBO I have ever stayed at. We don’t eat out much and the amenities to cook and eat were top notch. The beds were super comfortable and the location was great. Would only stay here if I come back to Phoenix.

Had a great time with my family at this place near south mountain. Nice house in a nice neighborhood. Loved using the putting green and pool every night! The grill was clean and had a full tank of propane for us, which is not common! They really take care of their guests.

Very clean house and beautiful backyard! Perfect for a get-away weekend! TV's are all smart TV's, comfortable beds and awesome pillows! We hung out in the pool and played some put-put golf. Was very relaxing. AAA+++++

Booked the house for two of us to attend a conference. Great communication from the host from the time of booking until we checked out. House was just as in the pictures. Very well kept and very clean! Easy check in and we were able to get in a few hours early. Some much-appreciated snacks on the counter and some beverages in the fridge. Beds were very comfy! Great place to relax after the day's activities. I would definitely stay here again!

Unforgettable stay

Me and some friends stayed here for a few days. The house was walking distance to essential amenities. Gorgeous house overall and stunning backyard. We enjoyed staying at this house. The host had a guest book that explained everything about the house. I loved the details that were given in the book. Our favorite thing was the pool and the speakers that play music throughout the house. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay at this house. It was very close to the baseball field and also the casinos. Once again thank you Ben and Paula for everything !

In town for wife’s grad school graduation from GCU, we were only 10 minutes from airport, 15 from campus, 15 from botanical gardens, 5 from interstate. Place was awesome in regards to being easy to get to/from anywhere!!Safeway only 2 minutes away for groceries.Every bed in the place was comfy, great water pressure, TV’s in every room, fully stocked coffee bar and spice rack!Bought sunblock, then realized there was a whole basket of it there for us!Communication before, during, and after was some of the most prompt I’ve ever experienced during a VRBO rental!!

Perfect oasis getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The backyard was the perfect oasis for us to get out of the Minnesota winter for a week. We enjoyed the pool and mastered our putting game on the green. They had everything we needed to grill which was great. The kitchen was well stocked. Living room was very comfortable, as was the bed. Our dog loved the freedom of being able to run free in the backyard. Overall, this is a great place to stay!

House was simply marvelous!!! 4 days in record breaking heat and it was a breeze with the swimming pool and covered patio with ceiling fans! Generously stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, spices) comfortable bedrooms and great living room and dining room. Inside and out, just fantastic. We will return again!!!

Amazing house perfect for golf/friends trip!

The place was great. The pool/sauna/putting green were awesome to hangout with friends. We went on a buddies golf trip so this was perfect. Bedrooms were separate and had large beds if you had to share. Kitchen was great to cook meals. The area close to the neighbourhood was a little sketchy and the uber was 20-30 min to the bars. But none of that really affected the stay at all. Overall amazing experience

Hidden gem in PHX

Paula's place was in a quiet neighborhood that was convenient to the airport, downtown, several golf courses and a grocery store. Beds were very comfortable, great lighting both in living area and bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen pots, pans and ample dishes and glassware. Nice whole house sound system. Back yard was nice with putting green w/clubs & balls, sauna was great. She even supplies extra swim trunks if you forget yours. Would definitely stay here again.

Camelback and Piestewa

Very close to the airport, which was nice given that we didn't arrive until closer to 10p (midnight for us coming from MI). Love the use of the access code lock - super simple. Although we weren't at the house much, the pool, putting green, and sauna were nice to use when we were there. Camelback, Old Town Scottsdale, and Piestewa were all about 30 minutes away, which wasn't too bad. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great house to hang!

We spent plenty of time enjoying the smaller pool for our group of 5 ladies we were comfortable and felt safe within the neighborhood and house. We did have an uncomfortable incident on the street outside the neighborhood while being transported by an Uber. Expect about a 12-15 ride to downtown and we utilized DoorDash frequently for deliveries. Enjoy your stay! Paula was great to work with.
