This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom split floorplan condo in an amenity rich gated community near some of Gilbert and Mesa's newest attractions. It is vacation worthy or a business traveler's delight. It's a highly maintained community with various pools, hot tubs, large gym to name a few. All within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, and entertainment. A quiet, low traffic road can get you onto the US60 within seconds and it is within walking distance to Banner Gateway Hospital.
