We really enjoyed staying at this property. Sam was great and very responsive! The house is clean and well stocked with nice touches. The king size bed is amazingly comfortable. The neighbors are great. Excellent community for dogs as well as people ;-) easy check in and check out and just the right amount of communication from the host.

Great stay great location.
Came down on spring break for baseball tournament. Very nice alternative to hotels. 3 bedrooms gave us lots of room and was great to cook and do laundry after games. Sam was great and got back to us right away. Will stay again!

Excellent experience with the landlord property a little older than we expected.
Sam was very easy to contact and he quickly responded. He even came to the property when we had difficulty operating the elaborate tv selections. The rooms were large and spacious. As seniors the property was what we were looking for no stairs, ground level and allows pets. This property met all our requirements. Close to downtown Chandler and great restaurants the Chandler Fashion Mall was close and has outstanding shopping. The pool was within walking distance.

Good experience for 1st time VRBO Customers
Property was as pictured except for community pool out of service the entire month we were there. Property managers were great to work with. Friendly and responded to emails right away. Even called when VRBO app wasn’t working. Replaced broken dishwasher immediately. Washer/dryer old and noisy but worked. We enjoyed being able to have our dog there. Neighbors were friendly. We especially enjoyed the warm afternoons on the patio. Close to restaurants and activities.

Nice condo. Great neighbors—very noisy. I think because school got out!?
Great check in/out. Didn’t swim because the lights ck on the gate didn’t work one day—the other day, the teens had a party and left a mess. There was no one monitoring or cleaning the pool area. Nothing the host could do. Except condo rules?

For future guests’ reference, this review is about the community pool area, not about the home itself. The community pool is maintained by the HOA, who has it professionally serviced 3 times per week. This guest stayed 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend (which is also graduation week here) so it would not be surprising if there was a lot more activity at the pool and in other common areas of the community that weekend than normal. The pool was serviced the next day after the holiday weekend and was returned to its usual good condition.
