- The Park Place is an absolute oasis in the beautiful and pristine Litchfield Park. Take a short walk out the front door and you’ll be staring directly at one of the Wigwam's many golf courses. This newly renovated home has all the amenities you could need. Whether it be business or leisure everything for a pleasant stay has been provided. The unique home is designed to bring the Arizona outdoor living inside with multiple large windows and sets of sliding glass doors to view the serene backyard.
The sparkling newly renovated pool and deck can be seen from multiple rooms in the home including the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen.
The Space
The house consists of three full bedrooms one of which is a semi open loft with its own bathroom and pull out sofa bed.
The roomy master bedroom has a king bed with a full bathroom including dual sinks and a sunken shower. Enjoy the pool view from your own glass sliders to the backyard.
The comfortable guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with a bathroom just off the hallway.
The loft is cozy with brand new carpet and its own TV and full bathroom. It's a great option for adults who are looking for two separate living areas or a kids' space.
The Neighborhood
The home is located within the "walls" of Old Litchfield Park. It is within a mile of the quaint Litchfield downtown where you'll find delicious restaurants and the Wigwam Resort. It is also very close to multiple Baseball Spring Training facilities. It is within 5 miles and 10 mins of the White Sox and Dodgers spring training facility and within 7 miles of the Cincinnati Reds facility. It is 7 miles from the State Farm Cardinals Stadium and the Gila River Arena. It is only 11 miles from Phoenix International Raceway. There are two grocery stores and Starbucks within 1 mile. For the avid shopper there are outlets within 8 miles.
Getting Around
The Wigwam resort is a 20 minute walk as is the Downtown. The closest grocery store and coffee shop are a 15 minute walk and Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. We also offer a referral for an excellent Black Car service.
