The space
This single-story home offers a clean, modern layout with thoughtfully furnished spaces throughout. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes a bunk bed with two twin beds—both are located near a shared full bathroom.

The open-concept main living area includes a cozy sectional sofa, smart TV, and large sliding doors that bring in natural light and connect to the backyard. Giving you an inside/outside feel so that you can feel the beautiful Arizona breeze in the mornings.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a spacious island with bar seating, and all the cookware and utensils needed for meal prep. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for six.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private backyard with a covered patio, lounge seating, and a pool and spa (pool heating available for an additional fee). The home also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a two-car garage with additional storage space.

You’re welcome to use all areas of the home during your stay. Please note that a few storage spaces in the garage, as well as one closet inside the house, are locked and reserved for cleaning supplies and maintenance between guest visits.
