Welcome to the Bird House!

Look no further! You have found The PERFECT Arizona Vacation Get-away! 4 Bed, 2 Bathroom with Private Pool and putting green!

Sleeps 8 comfortably with plenty of space for everyone. 4th bedroom is a den with a Full size murphy bed.

Large open areas for gathering your friends and family to relax and enjoy your time away, together.

Great Outdoor living space which includes a pool, a BBQ Grill, a fire pit, and a small putting green, to enjoy Arizona's amazing weather.

There is a TV in the main living area, Master bedroom, and 2 smaller bedrooms with cable, HD channels Free WiFi for our guests

Bathrooms are stocked with towels, washcloths, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

There is a blow dryer available for your use, and an iron and ironing board.

Fully stocked Kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot and many other small appliances and baking dishes, pots & pans.

There is a full size Washer and Dryer available.

Take a dip in your private pool, and get a few rounds of mini golf in using your private putting green

Just 15 minutes south of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

Close to lots of great attractions and entertainment such as shopping, dining, movie theater, bars, outlet malls, casinos, a race track, nail salons, coffee shops, golf courses, hiking, and much more, all within a few miles of the home.

We live a short distance away just in case something is needed for an emergency.

We own a small rental car company. Please let us know if you are in need of a rental car or van during your trip.

Invest in a coffee pot that doesn't take 40 minutes to brew 10 cups. Upgrade the sofas, fake leather falling off. Could not sit in them without getting dirty. Turn up the heat on the water, all showers were cold. Clean the eaves and ledges from the 3 inches of dust.

Comfortable and easy!
We came to Phoenix to celebrate the holidays with family. Our stay was both comfortable and easy. The check in process was super easy as the host, Kelly, sent the entry code prior to arrival. Plenty of space inside the home for our family (one couple and two singles) and two mini aussie dogs. Kitchen met all our needs and then some. Per everyone...beds were comfortable and linens as well. Water pressure was great throughout the house. Some of the furniture could be replaced as it was old and worn but it didn't bother us. Great walkable neighborhood as well as very easy to get to grocery stores (Trader Joe's and Safeway), department stores and restaurants with a short car ride. We enjoyed our 2 week winter stay. Kelly was a very responsive host. We hope to visit again!
