~ CLASSIC COMFORT & LAKE VIEWS ~
Well-appointed, newly remodeled home is lovely both inside and out. The great room has plush leather furniture, a large smart TV, a gas fireplace and lake view. Sliding doors in the great room allow you access to the covered patio in back which fronts the smaller, quieter part of Tempe Lake. A smart TV has been added to this patio for those who choose to combine program viewing with bird watching. Wifi is complimentary.

The kitchen is fully stocked so preparing meals will be convenient and stress-free. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite gourmet coffee. Stunning views from kitchen windows offer a pleasant distraction for everyone working in the kitchen. The dining area easily seats 6 and also boasts tempting outdoor views. Highchairs are available to rent.

~ SWEET DREAMS in TEMPE ~
The floor plan splits the bedrooms so there is privacy for all. The primary bedroom features a new king bed and has new linens, large closets, a TV with a DVR and doors that access the patio and lake. An adjacent primary bath offers dual vanity sinks and an enclosed tub-shower combo. A hair dryer and soap are supplied.

Bedroom 2 now has a king bed and TV. Bedroom 3 is adjacent to the great room and features a queen-size Murphy bed. Both Bedrooms 2 and 3 have views of the pool and share a full bath with a tub-shower combo. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

The dedicated laundry room is outfitted with a washer and dryer and laundry detergent. The two-car garage has room for 2 vehicles as well as your golf clubs.


~ OUTDOOR PARADISE ~
Life gets even better when you step out front to your own private oasis with pool with optional heat and stone deck for lounging poolside. For a more natural setting, the covered patio on the side and back of the home provides enchanting lakefront areas for relaxing and dining. Fish from the backyard and grill your catch of the day on the gas barbecue. Charming porch swing will gently rock you into a blissful state while you review the day's satisfying events and dream of adventures yet to come. Bird watching will both entertain and soothe you.

Two kayaks and gear are supplied for our guests. The larger aspect of Tempe Lake for non-gas boats is a short and easy walk even if you are carrying kayaks.The dock for launching kayaks is just 3 houses away. Binoculars and camera are essential items: lake areas are ideal habitat for local and migrating birds and other wildlife.

Anglers can catch a variety of fish, including rainbow trout, channel catfish, largemouth bass, sunfish and white amur. The lake offers shore and water access, and you can also fish from a boat with a permit. A valid fishing license is required for 10 years of age and up.

Tempe Town Lake, Riverview and Sloan Parks, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Usery Mountain Regional Park and Salt River are popular destinations. Fine dining, shopping, golf, Chicago Cubs spring training, hiking, biking, horseback riding and paddle boarding are just a few of the leisure activities to choose from.

Other nearby treasures include Saguaro National Park, Tonto National Forest, Gilbert Riparian Preserve, Boyce Thompson Arboretum and the Superstition Mountains. ~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 6 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of six (6).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Please disregard misinformation on Vrbo.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

ALL TVs are smart for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced.

The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
