Stylish Southwestern Condo for your spring training & ASU headquarters.

Kirkland Place is a private 1,000 sqft single level condo located in a small complex of 57 one story homes. Situated near the heart of downtown Tempe, Kirkland place is ideally located near ASU main campus and Sun Devil Stadium. A few minutes drive will take you to nearby Old Town Scottsdale, downtown Mesa, Sky Harbor Airport, and to multiple spring training venues. The Cubs Sloan Park is within 2 miles. Within a mile enjoy bike/walking paths and boat rentals at Town Lake, or the many shops and restaurants at Tempe Marketplace. The free Orbit shuttle is nearby, as well as the light rail within a few blocks.

The unit set up includes a large master bedroom with an upholstered king bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Twin beds can be converted to 1 king to better accommodate couples for an additional fee. Please indicate preference at booking.

Hall bathroom is attached to the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The large sectional sofa in the living room has a pull out full size bed and can accommodate 1-2 additional guests and has a memory foam topper to make it more comfortable. There is also an inflatable twin air mattress for use. The private backyard patio is fully enclosed with climbing vines, overhead string lighting, brick pavers, and artificial turf and is a great place for morning coffee, evening cocktails, bbqing, or a glass of wine by the gas firepit.

The community pool is located just across the parking lot. There is one reserved covered carport parking spot with multiple open parking spots available.

Great Location!

This was our first experience staying in a VRBO and overall it was excellent. Communication from Alice was clear and timely. The property was exactly as described, and very well furnished with everything we needed! The location was convenient for getting to Cubs spring training and anything else we wanted to do. We'd definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Spring Training Baseball getaway

Great center location to access as many Ballparks with easy driving. Close to Mesa for A’s, ASU, Scottsdale for Diamond backs and Giants. Perfect place to relax and rewind for the day going multiple games a day and to feel like you are right at home. Had just the right amount of space to spread out and enjoy. Thank you!

Lovely Oasis in the Desert

Alice's dwelling was exactly what we needed. It was homey and comfortable, had a good flow from room to room, and was truly close to EVERYTHING imaginable (from Trader Joe's/grocery stores, to comedy and music clubs, to the über-center "Tempe Marketplace" to the high country and cooler temps in the PHX summer). We were there to help our sister convalesce and couldn't have picked a better spot for what we needed. Finally, Alice was an exceptional host- great communication, quick to respond, warm and friendly. Would certainly stay again and highly recommend!! John C

The property was just as describes and the owner was very responsive to our inquiries. The condo was located in a quiet neighborhood ideally located within close proximity to many things.The Condo was stocked with many things that are not usually included. Will stay here again in the future.

Great Location

This was a great condo with a great location. Close to airport, ASU and Tempe Marketplace. Check in was easy. Place was clean. Beds are comfortable. We had car trouble at the end of our trip and host worked with us on a later check out so we can get our car fixed. I would definitely recommend this place.

The condo is great!! Had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable! The outdoor patio was so nice and the firepit was such a nice touch! The place was very clean!! We were there for a college visit and the condo was close to everything! Communication with the owner was wonderful!! Would definitely stay there again if we come back! Thank you again!!!
