Perfect location for a group or family trip with easy access to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Camelback Mountain, Biltmore - variety of hikes, restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, and shopping just minutes away!

Explore the highlights of Arizona or enjoy a friendly game of foosball, air hockey or billiards (and much more!) at this lovely townhome with all the amenities you need!

Come home to relaxation and entertainment for the entire group:

‣ Enjoy the bright, spacious living area with a foosball/billiards/air hockey table, high vaulted ceilings, Smart TV & board games for entertainment
‣ Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, spices, pots & pans to enjoy a delicious, home-cooked meal with a dedicated 6 person dining area
‣ Two modern bedrooms to comfortably sleep 7 - one with two full memory foam beds and the other with a queen memory foam bed and day bed (that doubles as a sofa or twin bed) for a restful night's sleep
‣ In-unit washer & dryer with detergent & softener provided
‣ 1.5 bathrooms with towels, linens, toiletries & hair dryers
‣ Free reserved parking spots

We do ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level

**Strictly no parties, smoking (of any kind) or property damage allowed or you will be subject to a $500 fine**

Reserved private parking spots available and plenty of free street parking available for additional guests

- Strictly no partying at any time - this is strictly monitored and will result in a $500 fine and immediate removal
- 1 non-aggressive, house-trained and calm-mannered dog can be allowed - prior to check-in we require a refundable security deposit to be paid via Airbnb which will be refunded 48 hours after check-out assuming no issues during the stay
- Strictly no loud noises after 10pm or community disturbances at any time - subject to immediate removal
- Strictly no smoking in or directly outside the unit - will result in a $500 fine
- Please take care of the furniture and items in the unit - we have a strict damage policy for furniture items, by item

- Checkout time is 11:00 am

Please note that we do not allow aggressive dog breeds or dogs weighing over 100 pounds.
