Resort-like property!
We traveled to Scottsdale for a Mayo appt & found staying at this home very relaxing & luxurious. Extremely clean, beautiful outdoor space, large kitchen & gathering spaces, & very nice bathrooms. Enjoyed playing pool, the hot tub, making orange juice & lemonade out of fresh fruit on backyard trees. Lots of comfortable places in house & patio to hang out or find quiet time. Neighborhood very quiet, nice for walks - saw hummingbirds, rabbit, quail & a coyoye! Quick drive to nice restaurants, shopping, & trails. Thank you!

Great Location & House
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was ideal, and the house itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The neighborhood was decorated with charming Christmas lights, which made it a fun place to go for a walk in the evening. Bart and the management company provided excellent service during check-in and maintained good communication throughout our trip. While we encountered a minor issue with the hot tub heating, both Bart and the management team promptly addressed the issue. Overall, it was a great experience.

Pool never correct temp
Pool was 100 at one point, spa 120. Rental agency just kept telling me I was wrong. They were sarcastic and nasty and eventually stopped answering me at all. I have two toddlers and the pool was basically unusable the entire week.

All you need to do on this review is look at the other 36 5 star glowing reviews to see how ridiculous this is. Property was perfect 5 stars for 2 years until her stay. To give it a 1 star is just vindictive as she said how much she loved the house. This woman was unstable the entire time. Literally complained one day because the pool was one degree too high. Her entire mission from day one was to get money back. When we wouldn't do that this is what she did. Very unhappy and unpleasant person with nothing better to do on her vacation then complain about non existent issues.. I also have a string of text messages saying how helpful our staff was throughout the process. That was of course until her money back scam didn't work. She says her kids couldn't swim yet every time we went there to check her accusations they were in the pool. Also saying the spa was 120 is laughable considering the heater only goes to 102.

You won't be disappointed!
The Arabian Views house was perfect for our group of 6-8. Spacious and completely stocked with everything needed including the essentials (TP, soap, shampoo, etc...the house even had spices and basic cooking supplies). The house is super clean and the outdoor space was private and secluded by lush vegetation including lemon trees. The communication with the host and rental service was spot on as well. The house was perfect and we will definitely stay here again.

Christmas wonderland
In addition to being conveniently located to all things Scottsdale, the home is in a neighborhood beautifully lit up for Christmas. House has every convenience, vaulted ceilings add a big-house feel, and the backyard is an abundant with lemon and orange trees, cacti, flora and a nicely lit pool/ hot tub. Great place.

Location, Location, Location!
This house is in a perfect location with quick access to freeways, shopping, restaurants and golf. It's in a quiet neighborhood with amazing amenities including a private backyard with pool, BBQ, outdoor seating, gourmet kitchen appliances, pool/ping pong table, and tons of games. This is perfect for couples or a family with children. The pictures are exactly the way the home is furnished. The only thing I would change are the pillows in the master bedroom were not that comfortable otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Our favorite restaurants within 8-10 minutes of the house were Eddie V's, Mastro's Ocean Club, Zinc Bistro, and Cooper's Hawk Winery . I highly recommend this home for your next stay in Scottsdale.

Family Spring Break 2022
Check-in information arrived 24 hours prior to arrival, just as stated. We elected to pay the charge to heat the pool, which is a good choice for midwestern types looking for as much heat as we could get during our stay! Pool temp does drop at night, at least in April. House was super clean, spacious (pictures are 100% accurate), and well decorated. Pool table was fun and blue tooth speaker worked great. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a heavily secluded backyard environment wonderfully landscaped with an orange and lemon tree along with cactus. They provided propane for the fire pit and grill, no extra charge. Could comfortably fit 10 at least, though we only had 4. All appliances worked great and they provided laundry soap and dishwasher soap. There were ample towels and pool towels. They even had a bin with pool toys and floaties. We could easily find everything we needed. Beds were high quality and comfortable. There was a ton of space for storage. I had an issue understanding the keyless entry system on arrival (it was digital and you need to press the logo before you can see the interface). They answered the Nest doorbell though and nicely guided a cranky traveler (sorry) through the process (thanks!). They responded to a couple other questions as needed during the week as well. This is the northern part of Scottsdale so it is a bit of a drive to Old Town and Fashion Square. Great place to visit and would highly recommend this property to anyone that wants some seclusion and a great place to relax. Would definitely return.

Great house and location, NE corner of Scottsdale…. will strongly consider this location in the future. Only two issues…..a) the instructions provided for the front door entry keypad were way off. Had to call the contacts to straighten that out…..b) someone unidentified but obviously associated with the property went a little “Karen” when we put out the garbage cans early morning vs. the night before…..wasn’t the best example of communicating with customers. Minor points overall and again my family would recommend this listing.

Doug, Thank you for feedback on the property. I apologize for the mixup at check in and we have revised the check in details for guests moving forward. It was no one associated with the property that would of had an issue with you putting out the garbage. I have not idea who that could of been. We will use the feedback and continue to try and provide the best guest experience possible. This was our first non 5 star in two years so will take the information and use it to improve.

A Wonderful Place to Stay!!
I've never written a review, but just got home from Scottsdale and hopped right on the computer to share how much we enjoyed this home. We stayed from March 6-14 and it was everything we had hoped for and more. Our 3 adult children and 6 month old grandchild joined us and the space was perfect. The pictures are great, but it really is better in person! I'll list the things we liked most: *The house was very clean (this was really important to me since we had a baby with us and I'm a bit of a clean freak.) *The check in was really smooth and welcoming. *There is an information book that answered almost all of our questions. *The kitchen is great and is very well equipped. Of course we bought food and drinks, but everything else we needed was provided. *The beds were very comfortable! *The pool area is amazing. We spent most of our days sitting by (or in) the pool. We did pay to have it heated and were very glad we did. It's cool enough in the evenings that the water would have been pretty chilly. *Bart was awesome! We emailed that the propane tanks were empty and he had them filled in no time. *There are floaties, plenty of chairs and towels for the pool. *They provided items that were really helpful and not always included in VRBOs. Some that come to mind are: dish and dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels, lots of spices and basic cooking needs, kleenex, TP, etc. *The house is centrally located. It was easy to get to the airport, Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe and Flagstaff. There are hiking paths nearby and grocery stores within a couple of miles. *We rented 2 cars, so were very thankful to be able to park both in the garage. We are so happy we chose this home and would do so again if we return to Scottsdale!!

This house was the best home we have ever stayed in. Granted we only had 3 people staying for the week, the home was fantastic. We couldn't have been happier and we took a bunch of pics to assist us in decorating our new home we are remodeling. The house was perfect and we would highly recommend.

An awesome place!
As you can tell by reading the other reviews, this place is awesome! We won’t repeat what has already been said, we will add to it. The moment we entered this house we knew it was a very special place! Everything was fresh, clean, and well furnished. Every room was beautifully decorated with a focus on comfort. Beyond that, we both got a ‘good feeling’ inside that lasted our entire stay, a ‘good feeling’ that is hard to explain. Then we stepped out the back, where we found a beautifully landscaped area with a very warm pool (pay the extra, it is worth it!), hot tub (no jets, but very nice), fire pit, grill, furniture, huge TV, extra LP gas, and anything else we would need. This area is surrounded by trees, and is very private, perfect for the romantic getaway we were hoping for. The area is also large enough for a relaxing family getaway, as we hope to plan with our family next time. This is a nice quiet neighborhood to relax in! If you like to party, or like it noisy, this is not for you! Someone mentioned the limited sunlight during the week between Christmas and New Years. We stayed during the first week of February, and had good sunshine for getting a tan from 8:30am to about 4:00pm. We had to move throughout the day, but there were plenty of places to lay. The only time we left the property the second day was to take a quick ride to get some stronger sun block, and some lotion! There was no lotion on site, but that will be taken care of by the time you arrive. I also want to mention Bart. Because of a scheduling miscommunication we had to contact Bart upon our arrival. He went way beyond what we would expect, to get things straightened out, and to take care of us and make us feel comfortable! Also, every item of concern in past reviews has been taken care of. This property shows true pride in management.

This rental was terrific - just as advertised. We had 5 kids and 2 adults and everyone was comfortable. The pool and backyard were gorgeous and allowed for fun nights watching movies from the hot tub. The location in North Scottsdale was perfect, close the the 101 and hiking, parks, etc. All in all I would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. We had great weather so we enjoyed sitting by the pool in the sunshine. We also used the hot tub and the fire pit outside. Very nice kitchen with high end appliances. We had plenty of bedroom space and the beds were comfortable. The home is in a nice neighborhood which felt safe. No complaints.

The rental home was clean, rooms were spacious. The pool was clean and water was warm. Plenty of privacy in backyard with some mature trees, nicely landscaped. Plenty of games to keep occupied in game room. Maybe a little to large for my family of three but really enjoyed the extra space. Home is in a quiet neighborhood very little traffic. Wifi could be better, tvs kept buffering , used my Verizon phones hot spot for my devices. Located in an area where restaurants and shopping are close by. Overall, highly recommended home to getaway and relax

Paradise in the Desert!
We had such a great time on vacation at this beautiful home! It had everything we needed, was clean, had plenty to keep us occupied and was close to many amenities. Great Christmas Week Stay - Very warm pool and spa
We stayed at this lovely home the week between Christmas and New Years (during covid). We are a family of four who travels often and we have been to the Scottsdale area many times in the past. (During the holidays this entire neighborhood decorates with elaborate displays. It is a rare sight and impressive) What we liked about this house: 1. Very nice area to walk - with plenty of sidewalks and quiet neighbors 2. Easy access to major roads and popular stores/restaurants (with covid we ate in every night). 3. House heat worked well 4. Large Washer and Dryer 5. Plenty of hot water for showering 6. We paid $300 for pool heat and it was hot when we arrived and stayed hot the entire time. We love a warm pool and given the air temp during the day from 58-70 F the pool felt comfortable. The tablet said the temp was 86 degrees. 7. You can regulate the spa temp - which gets quite hot. 4 people can fit in the spa. 8. There are orange and lemon trees on the property - we picked the ripe fruit and enjoyed it in our drinks. 9. Enough towels for bathing and the pool. 10. Our favorite part was that management left plenty of house supplies - NOT JUST starter supplies. There was dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, handsoap, dish washer tablets, laundry detergent, fabric softener, cleaners, trash bags. Most management companies leave a starter supply that gets you through a day or so. Not here - they left a month's worth. I always stay at houses where the management co leaves a small bottle of wine or a pie. This is so much better. Thank you. It just makes life easier. 11. Good quality televisions. What we did NOT like: 1. The driveway is on a very big hill. If you park in the driveway - getting out of the car is quite hard for anyone - regardless of age. Halfway through our trip we finally found the garage door opener...parking in the spacious garage is your best bet. 2. If you love sun - in the winter the sun is not out back by the pool much. A few hours tops. Not a huge deal....but it does change the temp significantly. 3. The sofa in the living room is very deep and uncomfortable. 4. Wifi is spotty outside of the house 5. Only one lock on front door 6. Could not get ice machine to work 7. The silverware is quite odd and impossible for us to use. We had to buy disposable utensils and wash each day. The handles are skinny and pointy on the end so you can't grip them. Oddest thing ever.

True Perfection
This is why you spend the extra money and rent from VRBO. This house was EXACTLY as pictured, had every amenity, and felt like home. Comfie and clean, very comfortable furniture inside and OUT (very important to us, we were outside the majority of our stay). Nice WARM pool and Spa. Worth every penny. Cozy blankets provided to snuggle up, plenty of propane for the firepit and grill. Definitely would come back!!

Highly recommend
The property was beautiful and very clean. We had a group of six ladies celebrating a birthday and had plenty of room in the house. We paid for the heated pool and it was worth it. The host was very accommodating to requests and communication was excellent. We are hoping to plan another trip and would strongly consider this house again. We had Walmart deliver groceries. A couple of us are runners and felt comfortable running the area.

My three young adult children and I stayed here. Gorgeous back yard compared to many others at AZ rentals; lots of greenery and shade (might be a problem if a large group of sun worshipers were staying there-much of yard shaded). Four bedrooms and 2 baths worked great for the four of us. Kitchen has plenty of dishes. (Get ice at store for drinks; fridge doesn't make any.) *If I were traveling with younger children, pool would have been a problem. Very small and they have a rule that you may not take the cleaning hose and vacuum out of the pool, so it's in the way the entire time you are in the pool. That set up would not work for kids. Great neighborhood: very quiet area with friendly people. Hot tub was lovely. Heated up within 30 minutes of turning on.

This house has plenty to do. The pool is wonderful, and the master bathroom pool access is so convenient. We also enjoyed playing pool and ping pong on the 3/4 size table and loved the game cabinet. The kids were thrilled about the tvs in every room. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was easy to cook in. Just bring ice!

Perfect Family Retreat
We’ve stayed here twice now and have loved everything both times. Plenty of room for everyone to gather or space out for doing their own thing. The back yard is perfect, from the patio with TV to the pool, hot tub, furniture, and grill. The house is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to get meals on the table. The fridge is the only thing that has worried me. It takes a long time to cool food down after filling it up (Frys delivers, which is super convenient.) We are originally from AZ and visit frequently - this place is conveniently located to the 51 and 101 freeways. Close to shopping and restaurants and plenty of hiking. We’ve made tons of memories here and look forward to coming back.

Beautiful and fun home!
We came to Scottsdale to celebrate my mother in law's birthday and what a great home we found! The home is very open with tall ceilings and very light and airy. Everything was very neat and clean, beautifully decorated, and the home looked brand new! The beds are very comfortable, the furniture great to lounge around one and the backyard...OMG it is gorgeous! The pool is surrounded by lemon, tangerine and orange trees, the lawn is perfect, and the covered patio was perfect for our little party. We barbequed, turned on the outside cafe lights, and enjoyed our time together. There is no lack of entertainment, from the pool/ping pong table, to all the games and even the large Jenga game outdoors. This is truly a gem in the desert and one we will be returning to "experience"!
