Not so good. Bed are uncomfortable, at check in, no information about my overall stay. Carpets were not vacuumed and the bedding were stained. The shower head needs improvement.

In response to another reviewer: The heat works, it just takes 10 mins to kick in! **Overall my mini staycation was great, I will definitely be returning. I am extremely particular, especially when it comes to cleanliness and service. This place is clean for the most part. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner, it was a bit dingy to be on the newer side. Carpets also need to be cleaned. My brand new slippers were filthy on the bottoms, after two nights of use in the room/bathroom. But the bathroom overall (tub/shower walls, walls, sink/vanity, toilet..room furnishings, including the beds...were all up to my standards. I pulled the sheets and everything apart to inspect (clean!). Still wiped all hard surfaces down with my usual lysol wipes... but thats just me! Breakfast was great, lots of options. Hot daily chefs selections were tasty. Waffle station and continental options were avail also. Great tasting coffee:) nice selection of Bigelow teas, juices, milks (including Almond!). Staff was welcoming, and present, for the most part. Had to wait at the desk a couple of times, but the hotel wasnt too busy being that it was Christmas weekend, so not a big deal. Again... I'll be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Everything about the hotel was great. The room was very clean, spacious, updated, and modern. The only downside was the parking due to construction. It appears theyre redoing the parking lot and construction is inevitable so its just a minor temporary inconvenience
