There was a lot of things that it laughed pool toys for kids, paper plates, napkins, two beach towels for six people had to keep washing the six same plates. Every time we eat a meal these are things that it should have a working icemaker. There were so many things that we were very unhappy about it was big it was roomy and it was pretty clean cigarette butts all over the front entryway like hundreds that should’ve been swept up and cleaned up would not recommend this place for people to stay at

We understand the frustration of having to repeatedly wash the same plates and the inconvenience of the non-functioning icemaker. Regarding the cigarette butts at the front entryway, we want to clarify that they originate from a neighboring property. Despite our efforts to address this with the neighbor, the issue persists. The house was beautiful, well stocked with everything we needed. Used the new grill everyday. Enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, hammock and pool table. Pool didn’t get warm (we still used it) but they were gracious to refund the pool heater amount. Very nice neighborhood, close to grocery store, hiking, etc. would definitely stay again! Thank you!

house is absolutely beautiful very spacious just wish the pool could have been warmer other than
The house is absolutely beautiful very spacious and In a very beautiful neighborhood. Everything was wonderful besides the pool being cold. It never got up to the temperature that management was reading wish i couldve gotten more use of pool. house was absolutely wonderful but consider staying again absolutely.

Nice Week Stay
We had a great stay at the house. Managment company was timley answering questions. The location was perfect; close to groceries, a nice neighborhood, and close to local trails.

This rental property was perfect for our family needs. The house is clean and set up very well. We appreciated items like laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and even basic cooking Ingredients in the cupboards for our use. The host was very quick in answering any questions we had and made our stay very pleasant. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Not worth the price
Pros: Quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen amenities. Ample parking. Cons: 2 out of the 3 showers were not working properly. Hot tub was filthy. Bedsheets had body odor and hairs. BBQ grill was filthy. We arrived to what appeared to be a clean home. Within a few hours we realized that some of the beds were soiled, had hairs and had a body odor smell (likely because the mattress cover is "waterproof" causing guests to sweat). We took photos and had to wash the sheets. Not ideal especially when one has to pay the steep cleaning fee. The hot tub, one of the main reasons whey we chose this place, was not clean. Water was murky and dirt/silt collected on the seats and floor of the tub. We opened the bbq to turn on the propane and it was caked in grease. One of the windows in the downstairs bedroom did not have a screen. Two of the three showers did not have temperature control. These were all issues we brought up with the management team during our 6 night stay. The management team was responsive to our complaints but could not send anyone to rectify the issues. They did however give a partial refund on the cleaning fee, but not until we sent photos and asked for a refund. All in all, the house was not worth the price.

Had a great time at this property. We were very happy with the space, the layout, and the pool and outdoor space. The pool heat required more communication, and next time we’ll manage that better. But the property was one of the best parts of our trip!

Cute House!
We really enjoyed this house. It was very clean, and the room set up was great for our needs. I loved that it had 3 full bathrooms and a laundry room. The house has some basics that most VRBO's don't offer such as toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap and shampoo / conditioner etc. Also the kitchen had some basic spices. They also let us check in an hour early which was much appreciated. The weather was a little colder than expected so we could not get pool heat (understandably) but the hot tub was only 3/4 full and the chemical smell was so strong it was hard to breath, it also bleached my kids swimsuits. Pool towels was a great plus! A few things that would make this house even better would be an upgrade to the bath towels, and bedding (I didn't particularly enjoy sleeping on a plastic covered mattress and pillow. Isn't that what deposits are for?)

Great stay!
Our check-in was a little rough, but not because of the property or the owners. The previous guest had left a huge mess for them to clean so we checked in a little later than usual but it didn't look like anyone had been there before us they did such a great job cleaning! The property easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 teens/kids. Its right near grocery shopping and a gas station and places to eat just a few minutes from the freeway. It really is a great location. They had everything we needed, when we needed it. Its a great place to stay!

Overall property and manager,great. Neighbors very nosey. I have 8 guest on my internary. Neighbors notified manager of alot traffic. Sorry, we couldn't arrive all at once. Other than that we would return.
