    This property was completely renovated inside and out in 2019 and directly borders South Mountain Park and Preserve. It is about 100 feet from one of the major trailheads. There is an abundance of natural vegetation just outside of the back wall that provides privacy for anyone in the back yard.

    At 16,283 acres, South Mountain is the largest municipal park in the US and one of the largest urban parks in the world. It has 58 miles of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Or you can take a drive up to Dobbins Point for a wonderful panoramic view of Phoenix.

    Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood near excellent restaurants and shopping.
    It's 15 minutes from the airport, convention center, and downtown Phoenix.
    There are 3 golf courses within 10 minutes - the Arizona Grand Resort, Ahwatukee Country Club, and Raven Golf Club.

    The 3 bedrooms are all located on the second floor and they each have a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a large glass sliding door that faces north to the preserve and opens onto a balcony with seating for 2.

    The backyard has a swimming pool, hot tub, and a large private patio area for outdoor sitting and dining that is equipped with tables and chairs, a BBQ grill, large screen TV, and cafe lights overhead. A great place for grilling and hanging out.

    The pool was renovated at the same time as the house and can be heated upon request for an additional fee. The hot tub is available and continuously heated during the spring, fall, and winter months at no additional charge.

Close and lock all windows and doors. Do not lock the door from the living room to the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please add a capful of sanitizer to the hot tub after use. There is a $100 fee if hot tub needs to be drained, cleaned and refilled after guests stay.
Please pick up after your pet(s) (i.e. poop, excessive hair, etc.) Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee to pay housekeeping.

Beautiful, welcoming home. We had all the amenities that we needed! We hope to stay again. We come down several times a year to visit our son in college and would love to have this be our home away from home. The view and proximity to the south preserve is amazing. The home has high end touches but manages to stay a comfortable place to relax and unwind. Our host was responsive and helpful. Overall a 5 star stay!

Flying/Driving in from TX & NM with different times, the host was wonderful about and earlier arrival to leave luggage due to overlapping times. The house was just big enough for us to feel comfortable in! Clean arrival & wonderful place to spend our evenings after long days with the local Vollyball Nationals tournament.
