Our group of 12 was thrilled with the experience from start to finish! Paige was always diligently answering our questions and the location was amazing! Great Location and Overall Home
The home was fantastic, lots of room in order for 7 adults to move about comfortably. Plenty of household items in the complex to make you feel as if you were right at home. Our group was more than pleased. What a great value, we will look to book again in the future!

Overall pleased. House is HUGE! Pool was great and worth extra cost to heat. Nice place with most of space updated. Didn’t know it was so close to regional airport that’s very busy.

Airport traffic is not something we have heard about from other guests, so it is curious! It is a regional airport, which is mostly small private planes and jets. There are no large commercial flights in or out of this airport, for future guests who are wondering. We do appreciate you choosing to stay with us and wish you all the best in your future travels!

Very comfortable for a large group
The beds are comfortable. The is kitchen fully stocked. We spent alot of time in the pool, which we paid extra to get heated for our December visit. I only wish we had gotten full use of the hot tub. After a lot of communication with the host, it only got warmed up on our last day. It seems like the host should offer a partial refund on some of the extra I paid to heat the pool/hot tub. Everything else was absolutely excellent.

Baseball team getaway
This was a good property for our group of six 60+ year old men playing in a baseball tournament. The house was roomy, which allowed us all adequate space to spread out and make ourselves at home. Any time we had a question or needed assistance our hosts responded quickly with solutions. The location was great and convenient to everything we needed. We would happily stay there again.

Family Reunion
We loved our stay at this home. It fit out big family perfectly with enough space to accommodate all our needs. It was perfect because we had all the space to gather and when we needed privacy or alone time. The kitchen and pool were where we were most of the time and was so spacious. The bedrooms were HUGE. Will definitely want to come back one day.

Spacious
We had a group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 8-14). We were there during a crazy heat wave, temps had a high of at least 114 and never went below 90! The air conditioning in the house worked well on the top and bottom floors. There were beds for everyone in our group, no pullout couch or blowup needed. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels. We had a bit of an adventure by the poolside and the property manager was able to get someone out there within the hour! Issue resolved and back to playing. It was super hot, but the video games, tv in the main space, ping pong table and putting green gave plenty of things to do while we were in the house. The trash and recycling bins are large, there should be no major worries about over filling them. The location was great for stores and restaurant access, and less than 25 mins from the airport. We would def return to this house again and recommend to family and friends.

A gathering of family
We are from various corners of the USA. AZ in the summer was a compromise between driving distances and school schedules, so a swimming pool was a MUST. The Beaubien location was a good compromise between city conveniences..shopping and kid-friendly activities and our nature lovers. The end of the cul-de-sac with the view of the ‘mountain’ was ideal. The house has generous space for 10 people. It is airy and sturdy. The kitchen was outfitted will all the necessities for crowd cooking. We had one faucet malfunction which the management took care of quickly. Although it was too hot outside to use it, the BBQ grill stood ready. We loved the pool. We found that swimming early morning and early evening worked well to cool us nicely. It also attracted birds, butterflies and bees, warming the hearts of our nature lovers. A great house!

Great property!
With the phone call and Q and A after booking, I was a little nervous we were going to be micromanaged at this property. We’ve rented through VRBO extensively, and have never had this detailed of a booking before. However, the house was perfect for our family! The kids loved the pool, the house was large and generally well kept, very comfortable beds, and there was even space for air mattresses that were provided by the property. The kitchen was beautiful and had several of the items needed (could use another frying pan or two :), bathrooms were clean and large, and the parking was great for the 3 cars we had. We really did enjoy this house. Thank you!

Loved the property, not the guest rules are terrible
This house is well maintained, exactly as advertised and better. It's a beautiful location and well priced. The pool is very pleasant the golf pad fun. The nearby nature enjoyable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it to my friends because of the anxiety producing rules. No loud noise in the DAYTIME, no being in the front or back yard after 10 pm (2 people talking on the patio after 10pm is prohibited- I asked the owner's representative about that specifically because I thought that couldn't be unreasonable. Not allowed ), nuisance fine of $1000 (with these rules we were scared to play music during the day while by the pool. And generally didn't want to be outside for fear we'd angry some disgruntled neighbor and pay the price) When checking out you must wash all extra towels and sheets and take garage to the curb. All dishes must be washed and put away (this was onerous for our group as we all had to leave quickly in the morning but didn't want to use paper goods to make more trash cause you have to haul that away if it doesn't fit). But the thing that put me over the top with annoyance was that if we have trouble with the internet don't call the owner call Comcast yourself. I have rented other houses with all technical or internet issues, there has always been a local person who came and dealt with it. I get that this owner has apparently had poor renters that abused the property. But

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the house, the location and the reasonable cost! From what I understand you did not have any problems or issues during your 3 day stay. A 3 star review is 60% and is possibly a little harsh considering your complaints. I hope you could be more kind to owners in the future. :) We did verify with you at the time you reserved the house that no one could be outside after 10pm. You expressed some concern with this guideline. We asked you to verify that everyone in your group was ok with this and gave you the opportunity to cancel with a full refund. You responded back that this would be fine. I would like to point out that this is no different than any other public pool or hot tub. They are all locked at 10pm so that nearby residents are not disturbed. This is a private residence; however, we are doing our best to be good neighbors! If every group we have at the house is outside after 10 enjoying the backyard, pool & hot tub we would not be good neighbors. During the day, we are not referring to regular backyard sounds and music. We are being cautious and do expect our guests to respect the neighbors the way they would if they were at their own home. After confirming your reservation, we sent you the house manual and instructions right away. There were no surprises after that so if you were so scared and concerned it would be much better to cancel your reservation. We also would have been happy to talk with you to calm your fears. 😊 The $1000 fine is for a disturbance when the police are called or serious trouble for the neighbors. I wish you would have reached out to us for clarification if you were this concerned. We sleep 20 people at this property, and we love sharing it with families so that they can make great memories and have fun! We also want to make sure we are not a nuisance to the neighborhood. 20 people create a lot of laundry and we expect to wash a set of sheets per bed and 1 or 2 towels per person. Anything beyond that is the “extra.” We try to keep the cost of the cleaning fee down, but a house this big takes a lot of time and effort, so we ask that you take care of the “extra” so that we don’t have to charge even more. (We have had guests in the past use every towel and all the sheets in the house!) This is the same with the dishes. The amount of dishes that 20 people create is many! Vacation rentals are different from hotels, we pay our cleaning service a living wage, not peanuts because their time is valuable! Trash is such a tough thing at a vacation rental. Large groups on vacation create so much trash and recycling. We have 2 trash bins and 1 recycle bin at the house and they need to be taken to the curb when guests are there. Any extra needs to be removed by the guests or by the cleaning service. Reasonably, the cleaning service does not do this for free. Did you have any trouble with the internet? I can assure anyone reading this response, you can call us any time for help. The instructions DO NOT tell you not to call us. They do encourage you to call the service provider. We can call them and help if there is a problem, however, someone at the house needs to be on the phone with them in order to proceed. I find it interesting that something that did not cause an issue for you was the thing that put you “over the top.” Everything we ask of our guests is in order to be good neighbors and to keep the cost of cleaning down for everyone. It’s unfortunate that you did not fully enjoy your time at the home. We used to have rowdy guests before we created more specific guidelines and we are working hard to not disturb the people nearby. (These guidelines have been in place for at least 2 years) We truly wish you the best in your future travels.

Great location
Great location with easy access to highway and stores. Having the hiking trails in the back was great. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Only complaint was that there were no measuring spoons or cups. MINOR complaint, but an annoyance as we didn’t realize it until we needed them at which point we couldn’t go buy any. Other than that, we highly enjoyed our stay.

Great Spring Break!
The house was very well suited for 11 family members! It is a beautiful home and was well stocked with towels and kitchen items. I liked the separate front sitting area for the early risers and/or children's play area and the large kitchen/great room. There was plenty to do on-site with the pool, hot tub, putting green, ping pong, XBox and hiking out the back door. I liked the area being north of the busy city, but still being close to the grocery. It was also very convenient for the few excursions we took (Grand Canyon from Williams, cowboy trail ride and cookout, etc.). The only issue we had was that the pool temperature was not warm enough upon arrival. After one phone call, the issue was addressed, and the pool and hot tub were as expected. We all now love Arizona!

Family time
The house was well supplied with kitchen needs, bedding, towels and it was very helpful to have dish soap, paper toweling, coffee filters, garbage bags available. We had trouble with heat for the hot tub and that was a major disappointment as the pool and hot tub were the focal point for us snowbirds. Phone calls for help were responded too timely at first and then when the problem reoccurred we were ignored but had the hot tub for use one evening out if 5. WiFi signal is not strong enough for todays multiple devices that get use at the same time. TV kept freezing during the Packer football game. The ping pong table was a real asset as well as the golf game. We really did enjoy ourselves and I would definitely recommend this for group use

Family getaway
This house was GREAT for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of bedding and towels. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. We chose to heat the pool for the week (first week of November) and we were all comfortable swimming in it for the week. Due to the location of the backyard, there was not a ton of direct sun in the afternoon, which was a little disappointing, so we tried to get all of our sun time in the mornings. Overall the property was great and we would definitely stay again.

Excellent location/access
The home was spacious and worked perfect for our group. The location was beautiful right next to a hillside with trails and easy access to the 101. We did have small issues with cleanliness in the kitchen area and with the grill that I feel will definitely be addressed. We will request this house again on our next adventure to Phoenix.

Great Place
Myself and 4 other friends stayed at this beautiful home for 3 nights. The host was very nice and communicated everything very well. The dishes in the cabinet weren’t very clean and the refrigerator could have been cleaned more thoroughly but we made it work and washed the dishes ourselves. No biggie. I feel like the cleaning crews that are hired to clean other ppls places should take their job more serious and not just spot clean. The only other issue was the water not getting hot at all. I’m not sure if the water heater needs to be fixed but we had to shower in cold water. Other than that this was a great stay, very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, there was a beautiful area to hike right next to the property. Overall great place. Thank you.

Great set-up/accommodations. 1. No hot water, tank seems to be leaking and gas meter was turned off? (Gas water heater) 2. Refrigerator ice dispenser not working (existing condition upon arrival). 3. Garage remote available but non-functional. 4. Trash containers need to be set out for Friday pick-up.

Fun in Phoenix
The house was perfect for our family of 9. We traveled with 4 kids, 4 adults, and a grandma :) The house had a nice layout. Grandma was able to stay on the lower level to avoid climbing stairs. There was plenty of indoor space for the kids and adults. The kids loved the pool and ping pong table. We got up and hiked every morning on the trails next to the house. The house was fully stocked with plenty of silverware, plates, etc… The house is located close to a highway entrance making it easy to travel to and from our travel adventures. The house manager was quick to respond and easy to reach out to. The only negative was that we also noticed that the water was not hot in the showers. We would highly recommend this house.

Great spot! Beautiful property
Beautiful house perfect location and the pool was great! So much room and enough beds for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard view was amazing. Hiking around the house was fun with a few trails. One negative thing was the Water for showers was a bit on the cool side but being 114 degrees in Arizona it wasn’t unbearable. Property managers were easy to get a hold of and very responsive. We will definitely go back! Everyone in my party loved the house.

Very nice!
We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and we needed a place for all our children and grandchildren. This home was perfect. The kids loved it and spent most of their time in the pool.

Wonderful property!
Beautiful place, only issue was the AC was not working well the first 2 days but when we told the PM & they had it fixed the same day & we were in the pool most of the time or at other locations during the day. Quiet location & prefect for a group of girls to enjoy & getaway. We would stay there again for sure!

Almost perfect!!
We are a family of 17 (grandparents, parents and 9 kids ages 15-2) that picks a new vacation spot every year. This year we were hoping for swimming, sunshine and lazy days. The house had plenty of space for all of us to cook and eat all of our meals, a great pool that we paid extra to heat. All of the outdoor lawn furniture was great for watching the kids swim and lounging in the sunshine. We maxed out the beds and blow up mattresses. There was PLENTY of pillows, but there could have been more linens- not enough pillow cases for 17 heads and not the right sizes of linens for the blow up mattresses, but we were able to make do. The rental listing does say limited toilet paper and paper towels, we ended up having to buy more of both, and also bought things like foil, cooking spray, garbage bags, etc since the house did not have any. All things considered, it was a great vacation at a house that was just about perfect!

A great house for my bachelorette!
The house was big and open with lots of beds and the backyard/pool were amazing. We didn’t have any issue with bees. Communication is a little difficult sometimes because you have to contact an office and wait for a call back. I supposedly received a manual for check in beforehand but I’m very organized and it was no where to be found so we waited outside for a while trying to contact them. Overall it was a great house and experience and I would absolutely go back.
