The Space:

This beautifully remodeled desert retreat has been thoughtfully curated from top to bottom, with no detail overlooked. From the moment you step inside, rich hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and soft recessed lighting set a warm yet contemporary tone, complemented by clean lines and an effortless sense of style. The living room invites you to unwind with generous seating, a sleek modern ceiling fan, and a large Smart TV paired with high-speed internet for seamless streaming and entertainment.



The open-concept layout flows naturally into a spacious dining area with seating for six, anchored by a striking gourmet kitchen designed for both form and function. Quartz countertops, brick accents, and a statement stove are paired with premium stainless-steel appliances, including a three-door refrigerator and dishwasher. A high-top island offers additional seating, while a full-size washer and dryer are conveniently tucked just off the kitchen.



Just beyond the main living space, two oversized bedrooms provide a calm and private escape. The neighborhood is well-established and calm, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring, events, or meetings.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with quick access to major roads and freeways, allowing for smooth trips to nearby dining, shopping, sports venues, and entertainment hubs. Rideshare services are widely available, and having a vehicle is recommended for maximum convenience. On-site parking is available, making arrivals and departures simple and stress-free.



Other Things to Note:

For guest safety and property security, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry to monitor real occupancy and emergency situations only. A second Ring camera is positioned on the exterior of the casita to monitor the rear access gate. There are no interior cameras or audio recording devices on the property.



To help maintain a respectful neighborhood environment, the home is equipped with a NoiseAware monitoring system. This system does not record conversations or audio—it simply measures overall noise levels in decibels.

Fantastic Location and Property!

This is a spacious house in a great spot! The layout is open and conducive to relaxing or working in a quiet spot. The Host are attentive and considerate and it shines through in this property. Super easy check in/out and off street parking. Very good.
