Welcome to the Ritz Waters at Ocotillo! Your home-away-from-home that is perfect for a great getaway vacation, work retreats, or celebrating a special occasion with your closest friends and family.

This home was designed with your entertainment in mind! With plenty of seating areas, a pool table, a Sonos sound system that can be heard throughout every room, a dry bar with all the tools you’ll need to create your perfect drink, a BBQ grill, a heated swimming pool (at no additional charge!), a fire-pit overlooking the lake, a peaceful courtyard, a fully stocked kitchen with Kitchen Aid professional series appliances, and all the spices and pantry necessities to truly make the most out of your stay. You’ll have such a relaxing and joyous visit, you won’t want to leave.

The Ritz Waters at Ocotillo home is located on the lake in a tranquil, golfing community, with plenty of entertainment opportunities nearby. This, one-of-a-kind waterfront property offers great lake views where you can relax and unwind while enjoying a dip in the pool or basking in the sunlight on the patio. This is a great location for enjoying the golfing community at the beautiful nearby golf course or take advantage of the short commute to some great shopping, dining, and other entertainment venues in the nearby community.

Two kayaks can be delivered to the home for $100.

Exceeded Expectations

This property was in great condition, host was amazing. The host went above and beyond with so many details they include that are looked over. The towels were amazing, Sonos throughout the house, complimentary drinks and toiletries, and thermostat set to the temperature we wanted when we showed up. I would absolutely book again and recommend!

Wonderful home

Nice clean home with a big pool and kitchen. We stayed here with our grown children to go to a wedding and we all agreed we had a wonderful stay. Kitchen had everything you need to entertain, refrigerator was stocked with waters and sodas and bathrooms had lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner. We hated to leave it. Nice barbeque overlooking the pool and lake made for a great afternoon too.

Amazing home and just as advertised. We had 6 guys in the home and it was more than enough space. The outside amenities were fantastic and we spent a lot of time grilling and hanging by the pool. Can’t recommend this place enough and we’ll stay here again next year!

Perfect location with a beautiful view

We’ve chosen to stay at this home three times while visiting Arizona. The home is perfect with a great pool to enjoy. There’s a small air pump for mattresses, pool towels, a fridge with water and soda and always a beautiful bottle of wine. Well done, you will not be disappointed.

Great Property and Great Host

This is a beautiful home with a nice backyard space. Everything we needed to enjoy our friends reunion. Host was awesome to communicate with. No major issues to report. The neighborhood is quiet. Not a good spot if you plan to be noisy but our group did not have any issues.

The home was beautiful and the pool was beautiful. The area was quiet and the location was so close to other stores which it was convenient. The host responded so quickly and handle our corcerns. Perfect 4th of July stay

My family flew to PHX to visit the grand-parents. We stayed here at Ocotillo and were super impressed. We've stayed all over Chandler and the surrounding areas over the last 10 years or so. My family all agreed that this has been our favorite place so far. We loved the location, the pool and the outdoors, despite the heat, was great as well. The house was well-stocked with condiments, spices, etc. I noticed that the host has other properties in the area and will be checking those out in the future.

Best Experience Ever

My family and I were very impressed with how professional Christian and his team are. We do lots of traveling around the world, and have stayed in elegant properties in different countries, but by far this was the best experience. The organization and professionalism displayed by Christian exceeded all our expectations. It is better and more organized than a hotel. The house itself is amazing, super well located, with a super nice view, fire place, pool, barbecue, kitchen, the full package. We will definably stay here again, and in other properties managed by Christian.

Great house

The house is great and perfect layout for adults-only guests. There were extra touches everywhere that made us feel at home and the owners were quick to answer any questions. Christian is awesome!! The 9pm outdoor curfew was a bit disappointing for a weekend trip where it was in the 100s and we wanted to take advantage of the pool/bbq amenities at night. We didn't want to have a big party, we just wanted to be outside. We didn't feel fully comfortable with the rigid community.

The most beautiful place we have stayed!

This house is absolutely wonderful. The house is beautiful, the pool is amazing and the host, Christian is fantastic. I honestly only look for homes owned by this host when we come to Chandler because I know exactly what I am getting. The pool has a swim up bar and a grill in the middle of it. Christian heated the pool to very warm for us since the weather was only in the high 60s. My son loved fishing off of the little dock area too. I just cannot say enough good things...if you are thinking about this place, the answer is yes! There is a park behind his property as well and it is a safe, beautiful neighborhood to walk in. He has a mini fridge stocked for you upon arrival and he has everything well stocked. Toilet paper, salt and pepper, laundry soap, etc. Thank you Christian! We will be back in the Fall.

Wonderful house and location

The home is spacious and well appointed. The pool was set to warm at our request, and it was a real treat to lounge around in, even on cold winter mornings and evenings. There’s a nice dining table outside next to the pool, a pit BBQ surrounded by the pool, lounge chairs and umbrellas, and a little fire pit on the side lawn. The master bedroom and bath are fantastic, the other rooms I’d rate as just average. We ran into many little problems which did distract from the overall luxury feel. For instance: the microwave had to be held closed by hand in order to turn on, the dishwasher has these odd arms that stick out into the upper tray and get in the way, there isn’t a full set of measuring cups or spoons which was a real hassle as we made Christmas dinner, the tv remote is nearly incomprehensibly complicated, the bumpers on the pool table are falling off in two sections which messes up any ball that hits in that area, and the trash basket in the kitchen is on a sliding device that is falling apart. None of these things was bad enough to drop my star rating, but when you’re paying over a thousand dollars a day, they shouldn’t be there. Communication with the owner was very good. He went out of his way to provide a high chair for our granddaughter, and answered all my questions quickly.The location is in the suburbs, so there’s a 20-30 minute drive to get to just about anywhere. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. Overall, we enjoyed the house very much.
