Disappointing stay, especially since we have stayed in other Residence Inns which are better. We had asked for housekeeping at check in during our 4 night stay and the housekeeping only came in once to empty the garbage. Didn’t make the beds, let alone clean anything. If you are looking for friendly hospitality from the front desk, look elsewhere. The gym did not have any cleaning wipes. Washer and dryer were available and in working order (though they only took quarters). Location-wise, it is convenient and is close to a supermarket, gas station, and a few restaurants.

The staff at this resort went above and beyond what was expected of them. Ashley, at the front desk was incredible and helped us with every issue we had and always with a smile. Great Location

The hotel is conveniently located near Banner and several restaurants. They have several amenities to use. The hotel and rooms are clean. The beds are extra firm which hurts my back and the pillows and bedding feel stiff as if they’ve been bleached too much and need to be replaced.

Had the best guest service at this location! We had an issue with our room and bed size and the ladies at the front desk (Savannah and Meagan) took care of it so quickly and with no issue! We will definitely use this location again!!!
