A beautiful, updated, and modern home in a quiet neighborhood, near a beautiful canal that you can walk on to get to shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located to downtown, midtown, and the Biltmore shopping area, with a ton of things to do suitable for anyone.
Need a workout while traveling? Semi-private gym and yoga studio located about 150 feet from my house.

Whether you’re in town for business, medical visits, or a desert getaway, you’ll enjoy a quiet retreat that’s still right in the center of all the action.

Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
