Scottsdale House

We had 4 golfers stay at this property. It was clean, spacious, and safe. The outdoor pool area with hot tub was excellent for relaxing after a round. We would definitely stay again if we return.

Girls trip perfection

Girls week was a complete blast because of this home. There were 4 of us so we each got our own room and space. The outside decks were perfect and oversized to accommodate lounging, meals, & time together!The pool was 10/10 and the view from the house was great. Neighborhood felt safe and the location was good for our needs. we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back

Golf Central Housing

A group of us 4 guys go on a week long golf trip every year to AZ. This house was perfectly central to all the great courses near Fountain Hills. Great sized house for everyone to have their own room. Very comfortable space. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property close to everything

Fantastic property for families. 20 minute drive to everything, including hiking, restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities. Property is well maintained and just like description. Kitchen and home stocked with essentials. A few things could be updated or repaired, but nothing major.

The property was perfect for my family of 7. The only thing that would have made the stay better was if the pool was west facing. No sun on the pool deck during the day in the mont h of Dec. Other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you

Very nice house in a very nice neighborhood

House was perfeclty clean, well equipped and in a very quiet neighborhood. There is even a bit of a moutian view.Garage door opener remote would not work, but that was the only issue and a very minor one at that.

BFF’s warm weather vacay

Beautiful home in a safe community with easy access to highways for exploring other areas. Beds were comfy, home was large and kitchen had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were awesome!

Great house to get the feel for the neighborhood!

We stayed at this property because we are moving back to the area and we needed to do some house shopping. Great check-in process and a very relaxing and peaceful stay while we were there. The only thing we could have used was a blender, but everything else was provided. We will definitely stay here again, the kids loved the pool! Great views of the wash and nature. Very calm vibe!

Fountain Hills Pinto

Overall our stay was good. The hot tub was small, would only accommodate 3 people sitting pretty much shoulder to shoulder. The propane tank on the gas grill ran out of gas on day 1. I got a refill a the rental manager credited me for the cost. The light over the kitchen table and deck table didn't turn over. The pull chain on the fan in the master Bedroom ceiling was missing so the fan could not be used. It appeared to me that there are not maintenance inspection protocols in place.

Great location beautiful property

We loved everything about the house except for the fact that the thermostat is very hard to figure out. You can’t just switch it to heat and it was on air conditioning and it was extremely cold out and the VRBO people do not know how to fix it, and would not get a hold of the landlord The swimming pool is beautiful although it took all week for it to get warm would definitely stay there again now that we know how to work the heater

Disappointed in rental

This is a spacious and gorgeous home in a quaint and lovely neighborhood. The listing boasted a heated pool and spa as well as a rec room on the lower level. The biggest problem with this listing is that the pool and spa were never heated to an appropriate temperature so it wasn't used, much to our disappointment. The thermostat on the lower level was set at 80 degrees but hovered at 66 to 68 degrees. When these issues were brought up to property management, they were ignored, We were eventually refunded the extra charge for heating the spa and pool after we contacted the host. There were other minor issues such as burned out light bulbs, dirty floors, unresponsive remote controls, one working pool cue, and problems with the gas grill. It is a nice, large house but needs some maintenance and cleaning and don't rely on a heated pool or spa for your stay, if that is an important factor for your family vacation.

Family Vacation

The home is very nice, in a great neighborhood and great location! The house was nicely stocked with paper products, soaps, beach towels and the kitchen was nicely stocked with quality appliances and dishes for our group of 8 adults and 1 infant. Biggest disappointment was the timeliness of property manager in taking care of issues that we had. We checked in on a Tuesday and, though we let them know that we did not have hot water on our first night, no one came until our third day. The water heater was on the lowest setting and we had to take cold showers until it was changed on our 5th day. The hot tub was cold and had no jets when we arrived. It took until our 5th day for the hot tub to be hot and the jets started working on the 6th day. We had several smaller maintenance issues that were eventually addressed. The house is very nice but could use more attention to making sure everything is working prior to guests arrival or make arrangements to correct issues quicker.

Family Golf Trip

This was our annual family golf trip. Upon our arrival we were surprised to find that the upstairs air conditioning unit was not operating. Left a message on the app without receiving a response. I contacted the property manager in the morning and a repairman came out around 9pm. He was unable to repair the unit, needed to be replaced. It would be around 6pm the next day before repairs could be completed. The house is in a great location and was clean upon our arrival., although there was some minor maintenance needed. The pool was great. All in all we enjoyed our time here once the A/C issue was resolved. The property manager, Bart, was responsive to our needs and worked to get the issues resolved.

Fun and Peaceful Property

Overall, we had a great time at this property. The kids had fun, as well as the adults! We did have a slight issue with a shower valve breaking during our stay, some broken pool sticks, and a few other little things...but the management was great to work with and very friendly. The property is beautiful and peaceful!!

Great family vacation

We really enjoyed our time in Fountain Hills and this property. It’s super clean and had lots of space for our family to spread out and enjoy. The kitchen was very nice and comes well equipped, even had a chance to use the BBQ.
