The hotel is not clean. We immediately knew this was a bad idea when we walked into the lobby. It was not clean and kept up. The elevator was not clean and old. We smelled pot as we got to our room. Our room was above the main door to the lobby. The lights were bright and you could hear the cars and their speakers going at night. The room was not cleaned well. The door was falling apart. The overall feel was dirty. Luckily, we had to get up early for a flight so we could get out. Do not stay at this hotel. The picture they show is not what the hotel looks like. All rooms are accessed from the outside. The geounds are not weel kept. Do not staybhere.

Hotel website is a lie. No breakfast. Pool and hotub not heated, property poor condition. Photos not reflective of current condition on the property and rooms. Internet spotty at best, TV cable not working, non working hair dryers, bathroom in poor condition. Disappointing hotel

Incredibly dirty in all facets. All areas were filthy. The check in process was long and suspect. The door to our room did not lock so we ended up leaving. The poorest experience i ever had.

No cups, coffee maker in rooms. Beds were horrible and there were absolutely no blankets at all. Rooms were very dirty including toilet. They gave us one room at first which was even more dirtier smelling of cigarettes which made me sick. Shower was broken. Asking for more towels the second morning, they asked us to return the towels before they even gave us more. Refrigerator door was literally falling off and not operable spoiling my leftovers. Pool was disgusting which was why we even went there. Staff laughed at us when we brought up the concerns upon checking out. False advertising online

This hotel had everything out of service. Their fitness room and laundry room were out of service until further notice. Their hot tub was not hot. The property had very old furniture that was falling apart. The bed did not have a blanket, only two bedsheets. When we asked for a blanket, we were given an old blanket with blue stains and a cigarette burn on it. The room did not have a hair dryer, I had to request one. We weren't happy with this hotel at all.

No shower curtain No tissues in the tissue holder Iron but no ironing board No water pressure or hot water No sink drain stopper No hangers Bed was terrible Terrible soap products Noise all night long. Next to a strip club. Throw up in the driveway that took a whole day to get cleaned up.

Where is the ZERO STAR option?!? Shady business practices and horrific hotel. Tried checking in early and person behind the desk wanted $30 CASH to do that. Clearly didn't since that seemed like questionable behavior. Checked in after spring training and music festival around 11pm later that day. Long day and wanted to sleep. Got to the room and what a "wonderful" surprise. All we wanted to do was sleep since we were checking out in about 8 hours and it had been a long day. The hotels were also full and didn't think there were other rooms available based on checking in as well. Lamp on table between beds didn't work (power) Didn't have light bulbs. Tried to use facet in bathroom and cold water barely worked but the hot did. But the "BEST" part was the shower handle in the side of the tub which had been pulled off. At that point it was so late and we were so tired we just wanted to sleep. Went to check out and told Andy at the front desk. He said it was our own fault for not asking for a new room at midnight and he couldn't give us a discount (I paid $180 for the night). He offered us the next night discounted but, we were checking out to head to airport for home, did not seem like a logical solution. The maintenance guy behind the desk said "oh room 222, it's not working and I put a note in the system not to use it, it shouldn't be used". The most horrible property, seemed abandoned, all these were not available: no swiming pool, no fitmess center, no ice machine, no washers/dryers, no blanket/conforter, unsafe, no breakfast, no business center, 2 towels one of them stained, no cable channels, no coffee maker, dirty, fowl odor, no assistance, nothing seemed wyndham/ramada quality

So I called the hotel 10 hours before I booked I asked them if they had truck parking they said yes so I get I booked the hotel I get there and the gentleman tells me after I get there that there may be a $25 parking charge there's nowhere in their ad that says anything about parking charge and I am not about to pay for it , they also offer breakfast their idea of a grab and go breakfast is a hot Sunny delight a granola bar and two muffins I will never stay this in this room this hotel again

This hotel does not stand up to ramada inns standards. There was tons of dirt under and behind the bed. It took 3 tries to get into a room, as the key system did not work. There were no covers or blankets on the two beds, just sheets. RAMADA NEEDS TO INSPECT THIS HOTEL THOROUGHLY, AND TAKE THEIR NAME OFF THE HOTEL.

Gave us the impression it was reducing services. Ad said breakfast is served. First day the breakfast room was closed but they set out bags with a few items. Sign said breakfast hours from 6 to 9 am. Second day went down at 8:15 am and there was no breakfast. When I inquired about it the guy at the desk said they close breakfast at 8 am. No support when I pointed to the sign. Rooms were minimal but ok. The bed was comfortable which is the best I can say. Laundry was out of service. I’m being generous saying it gets 2 out of 5 stars.

Check in was awkward, they kept asking what we wanted for a bed but we had already booked through Expedia. The room was beat up, furniture busted & worn out. Shower facet broken, doors water damaged. We ended up not staying there. Asked for a refund after being there only 10 minutes & they refused. Front desk was not concerned about the state of the room. Offered to show us another room but said all were the same. Will continue to fight for a refund.

Everything is old (furniture). The lobby is dirty. None of the ice machines are working. It was noisy at night and woke up with a headache. Just not what I expected of a Ramada hotel. Very disappointed.

Do not stay at Ramada Arizona Mills
Do not stay at this hotel, it is appalling. Fitness centre closed, Breakfast not available due to staff shortage, no coffee/tea facilities in the room and right next to a very busy main road with a lot of noise. Door opening and closing during the night, not sure what this hotel is being used for. Definitely would never stay there again.
