This beautiful & quiet 3-bedroom home is perfect for your escape to Gilbert. Inside, guests find two king beds and one queen bed, offering plenty of space for a restful night. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for the day, the comfortable environment makes it easy to unwind. This quaint house provides a tremendous base for your getaway. We think our place will help you experience everything Gilbert has to offer. It is a short walk away from the community lake and Freestone park (0.5mi.). Saturday mornings, you can head to downtown Gilbert for the Farmer's Market located by Water Tower Plaza (2 mi.) and afterwards grab lunch at one of the many local spots nearby.

There is plenty of room for rest and relaxation in the spacious main bedroom equipped with a king sized bed, sitting area, and vanity. The large, open space main bathroom has a large walk in shower, double sinks and a separate toilet room. The dark and cool second bedroom has a new king sized bed and large flatscreen television. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and a large dresser with a mirror attached for getting ready for your daily adventures. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans to keep you cool during your stay.

We did not spend a lot of time at the house, but it was very clean comfortable and I loved all the little extras in the bathroom in the kitchen. The host was very helpful and allowed us to borrow a rolling cooler which was very kind.

Traditional Thanksgiving

The home was perfect for our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and made our Thanksgiving preparations and meal a wonderful experience. The property manager was very communicative and helpful. Would stay here again.

Cozy, great attention to detail

Owner had thought of everything to make stay comfortable and enjoyable. A mix of nice rental with feeling of staying at a friend’s place. Nice layout to home and extra nice touch of access to fresh garden. No access to garage, but easy driveway parking.

Perfect stay in Gilbert!

We had a fantastic stay at Mindy’s home! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family trip. It had everything we needed, from comfortable beds to a well-equipped kitchen. My boys were able to pick a few carrots from the garden! The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and conveniently located near the baseball fields my son had a tournament at. Mindy was responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, has everything

This is a lovely and spacious home with all the amenities. The home is very clean and the layout is perfect. We had our coffee and tea in the mornings while sitting on the patio and enjoying the serenity of the garden. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay!

Spacious Open home!

Lovely spacious home in great neighborhood! So much to enjoy. Our grandkids loved the treasure chest when they came over to visit. The backyard and overhanging roof awning were so nice. Great trying some herbal teas and treats in the kitchen area. Loved the bedroom fan!

We had a great holiday week close to our daughter. There were problems with th furnace. Repairs were delayed due to the holiday but Mindy was very responsive and did everything she could to make us comfortable.

Very Comfy Home

We loved this home, very well stocked, very comfortable. Great neighborhood. The beds are super comfortable. Loved the coffee bar. Super handy to be able to do laundry as needed. The only issue we had was that there was a very strong smell when we first walked into the home, possibly cigarettes? It’s a nonsmoking home, so it surprised us that it smelled. We sprayed a lot of Febreeze, which seemed to help, but it didn’t subside for a couple of days.

The home was just as described. Everything was nice and clean. The coffee bar was a great touch, it was very well stocked. We loved the back yard, it was so nice to go out, drink a cup of coffee and watch the humming birds.
