Family Thanksgiving
We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. Everything was well stocked and there was plenty of room for cooking and eating Thanksgiving dinner. The Arizona weather was amazing, so most of our time was spent outside while enjoying the pool, ping pong, bags game, TV and space to visit. Ted was very prompt in answering any questions during the whole process. Thank you!

I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years and this was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had. The photos do not do it justice, the location is great and the communication with Ted was top notch. We will be back.

Baseball tournament
We had a baseball tournament in Goodyear so shared the house with a few of the other players and their families on the team. Lots for the boys to do when they had downtime after the games. Large kitchen and dining room and 3 living rooms so lots of space to spread out and relax. We really liked that there were 3 rooms with 2 queen beds too. Ted was really responsive and on top of things. He noticed that the temperature in the house was higher than usual the first day and sent a repair person to check it out and he sent us a reminder about trash day too. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, we really enjoyed the house and the location.

Everything about the house was great. Well stocked, clean, much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Ted was great, accomadated us on early check in and late check out with no problems. Communicated with us throughout the whole trip. Definitely looking forward to booking this property again.

Stayed at this home celebrating my son’s graduation a year ago and decided to go back to celebrate my AF retirement. The home is beautiful and has everything you could need. The pool area was a blast and Ted is such an accommodating host. You will not be disappointed.

Home Base for a Destination Wedding
The home and outdoor pool area were perfect for our family group of 11. The home is very well equipped with everything you could need. There are three large areas with couches, large screen TVs, and tables so that our group could spread out and watch NCAA basketball tournament games when we weren’t using the three ironing boards and getting ready for all the wedding events. Our host, Ted is extremely responsive. In fact, we have rented from VRBO for 10+ years and he is easily the most responsive.

Wonderful Thanksgiving retreat for the entire family
I can only echo all the other positive reviews as the house is luxurious, in a lovely, quiet (gated) neighborhood, is well equipped, exactly as advertised and it easily accommodated our large family gathering of 10 adults and one baby. Ted was one of the best hosts I have ever experienced at a vacation rental, he was very responsive and willing to go the extra mile to answer questions or address any issues. For example, he provided a list of the kitchen inventory ahead of our rental so I could better plan for our Thanksgiving dinner, then he ordered extra warming trays before our arrival to help with keeping the food warm for such a large group and he was immediately on top of things when the fridge started to fail shortly after our arrival; the repair was completed very quickly. We also benefitted from a stroller, playpen and highchair that are available at the house. We were able to enjoy the heated pool and the extensive, well-manicured yard and firepit during the amazing fall weather. We can highly recommend this property. Enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. There were enough restaurants, stores, and tennis nearby for a group of 10 for 4 days. It was fun hanging out at the house at night also.

Perfect for our Tennis team
The house was very spacious with plenty of seating. We were a team of 10 and we were very comfortable, everyone had a bed and the home was very quiet in a gated family neighborhood. It was a 20 minute ride to Surprise Tennis Center. The homeowner was very responsive from check in to check out. Hope to stay again next year!

The best.
Traveled to Arizona from Philly for the Cardinals/Eagles game with family and friends. (Boo eagles!) Knew we needed a place that would accommodate a rowdy bunch. Ted's property more than fit the bill, giving 12 of us plenty of room and living space to operate. The place was everything advertised and more. Well kept, spacious and modern and in a neighborhood you could see yourself living in. Situated right near EVERYTHING, all of our destinations were just an Uber ride away. After just a few days it felt like home. I really didn't want to leave the place, I was so smitten. Ted was amazing. Communicative despite problems with the Vrbo app and made sure everything was to our liking. I can't see myself using another property the next time I come to AZ. Do yourself a favor and book with him if you need a desert oasis.

Perfect for big groups and entertaining
The home is beautiful, comfortable, and great for entertaining guests. It was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday and high school graduation. The roomy kitchen made it easy for multiple people to prepare food at the same time. After buying out Costco, the two refrigerators/freezers and abundant storage were very much appreciated. There was ample seating and plenty of space for people to spread out. We had so much fun in the pool and the game room. The backyard is a desert oasis with lots to do. Ted was very kind and responsive. He saved the day after the venue I booked months ago canceled our reservation the day of check in. I can’t thank him enough. My family had lots of laughs and made wonderful memories in his home.

Our group traveled to Phoenix area for a senior trip. This home was a great fit for our group. Great kitchen and dining area and the outdoor area was popular with the kids…pool, games, and fire pit!

This home was ideal for our large family to stay together as we traveled to Phoenix for my son's wedding. We had a party of 18 and the accommodations were perfect. The pool was a huge bonus - the kids swam the entire time. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The grill and drink cooler outside made eating at home easy. The refrigerator in the garage was a huge help for overflow beverages. The bar area made entertaining for the rehearsal dinner-party that much more festive and put together. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful property!
Definitely ticked all of boxes! Fabulous backyard with pool, ping pong, bag toss, outside TV, plenty of seating. Large kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals during our 14 day stay. 5 minute walk to a nice park with lots of green space. Comfortable beds. Definitely recommend this place!

Ted was amazing! Friendly and had great customer service. The house was perfect ! Cleaning could have been a little better however, the home was fully stocked. It had everything we needed plus more. Big spacious home was perfect for my 1 & 2 year old birthday gathering. We had over 10 guess amongst all age groups. Everyone was so amazed with the home. Meeting the owner in person was a pleasure . I’d definitely recommend and hope to stay again myself.

Wonderful house
We rented this home for a spring training trip. We had 8 adults and found this to be a great home so folks could spread out. Some at the pool and some watching March madness. It was not far from hiking locations and baseball.

60th Birthday Celebration
The house was great. There were ten adults in our group. Each couple had their own bedroom but shared three bathrooms. The property was beautiful inside and out. There was room enough in the formal dinning room for ten of us to eat at the table. The kitchen was awesome, as we ate dinner at the house five nights. The house was a s advertised.

Very spacious house and back yard. House was stocked with lots of board games, towels and basic necessities. Kids had a great time in the pool! The property owners were so pleasant to deal with and were on top of it when the pool heater stopped working. Overall, we had an amazing experience!

Fantastic stay for a large group!
Myself and 11 others (12 total) arrived to the property and were immediately blown away by how amazing the place was. Large, spacious, with so much to offer. The outdoor space was so great to hangout in and Ted was easy to communicate with when it came to turning the heater on. The location was really close to some exceptional golfing and a short drive to PHX, downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect home for Family Reunion
This home was perfect for our family trip. It was more than what we expected and had plenty of room for adults and children. The pool and backyard were perfect for the kids, they really enjoyed it. Owner was just a text and call away and always communicated in a timely manner. Kitchen also had many things that we needed for dinner and also many baby supplies that would need on a trip (play pen , stroller and high chair ) I could go on and on. Overall this was a great vacation home that accommodated my family.

This property doesn't disappoint
The check in process was seamless. The gated community is quiet and safe we felt right at home. The property itself is just as the pictures portray the place was clean there are plenty of a starters , pots, pans, paper towels, soap towels, silverware everything that we needed was already there. There are plenty of seating areas to relax, watch TV, read a book and play games. The pool was clean the grounds immaculately kept ; we didn't want to leave. Ted and his wife are super responsive and helpful and even have a guidebook with things to do in the area and stores around the area making exploring less of a hassle. The property owners are warm and friendly and if/when we're in Phoenix again we will definitely be staying here. Thanks again for your hospitality.

We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one is outstanding! The owner was amazing, the house immaculate, and the neighborhood was great! Plenty of room for everyone - 3 living rooms, 8 real beds, dining table for 9, and a beautiful kitchen! There was also shuffleboard, a poker table, cornhole, and a great pool! A must stay!!

We had an amazing stay at this house. Beautiful property - the photos online don’t do it justice! I had family in town from back East for a long weekend- we enjoyed the gorgeous backyard and regularly found ourselves in the spacious kitchen sharing memories and stories all weekend. The host was extremely accommodating and promptly responded with any questions I had. This house had everything we needed and more! A perfect space for what we needed, and perfect place to make great memories. I would highly recommend this house!

Had a fantastic week at this awesome property! The backyard is a vacation in itself with a beautiful (heated) pool, covered patio, fire pit, yard games ect. Plenty of space to spread out if you are with a large group. Our kids loved the upstairs family room/ game room with a blackjack table and shuffle board table. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. The area is very nice, everything you need is close by, shopping, golf ect. Ted was so responsive with any questions we had and accommodations we needed. We will be back for sure!

House was very spacious and had plenty to do ( pool, corn hole, poker table, shuffle board). Located in a nice quiet neighborhood and not far from shopping, hiking, baseball fields, and zoo.
