You’ll have full access to the entire guest suite, including both cozy bedrooms, a welcoming living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The backyard, patio, and pool are shared with one other Airbnb, but don’t worry—your suite is completely private! Please make sure to park in the driveway of 12629, and enter through the front door labeled Avalon Guest House Suite A. If you need anything at all during your stay, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help!

Our guest suite is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in Avondale, AZ, just minutes from top attractions like Westgate, Cardinals Stadium, and Phoenix Raceway. Enjoy easy access to dining, shopping, and hiking, making it the perfect spot for a mix of city fun and desert relaxation.
Getting Around:
Parking is available in the driveway, and many local attractions are a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for trips to Westgate, State Farm Stadium, and other local hotspots.
