Comfortable stay

Amazing Stay for the Family!
Thank you so much for a great place to stay to move our daughter to ASU! A little drive from downtown, but perfect to get away from the hustle and bust of there. Very clean and comfortable stay. Definitely recommend! Thank you!!!

This was a very nice place despite it being an older building. The condo was clean and welcoming and the pool and grounds were very nice and kept up with. They were doing landscaping work early in the morning for 2 days which was disturbing for a person on vacation wanting to sleep in but it was understandable with the Phoenix heat. The hosts do leave unused food & drink which didn’t bother me but I’ve heard some people don’t like that. I figure as long as it’s unopened, it’s fine. Anyway, 8 out of 10 for the stay and definitely recommend it.

Overall not a bad place. The directions I got beforehand said main contact would be the gentlemen, and text him prior to coming. I text him, and he wasn’t very friendly telling me to contact his wife he was at work. I wouldn’t have contacted him had the directions not said to as such. I also wish check out was a little later, considering the list of to dos before we can leave.

In and out quick weekend stay.
We flew in from Kansas around noon on Saturday and had a weeding at 4. Talked with our Host and they were able to let us do and early check-in so we could get ready for the wedding. Upon arrival the neighbor next door was out and greeted us and was super friendly. As we had to leave for the airport at 4:30am, we rushed, and my daughter dropped her Air Pods under the bed. We reached out to Beth our host, and they went over and found them and shipped them back to us. Great Communication as well as great stay. Thanks so much..

Property was very nice and well kept. Condo was nice but could have been cleaner.
Condo was not the cleanest. Coffee pots were full of old coffee. Refrigerator still had food inside.

We will do our best to not allow anything to be overlooked in the future! As for the refrigerator, we don't leave food, although we do leave condiments for our guests to use if they choose. Some appreciate the convenience while others would prefer the refrigerator to be completely empty. We have done our best to meet in the middle. Thank you for your feedback and your stay!"

Incredible location and amazing hosts!
My grandchildren and I had a wonderful long weekend stay in this inviting, attractive condo. The condo was appointed with everything you could possibly need. We felt at home instantly. It was dirty I felt who ever lived there in the past 5 years left something behind, left overs in the fridge , open food boxes and half eaten cereal boxes, this is COVID TIMES, closets look like storage wars, I called the owners and they said they did CLEAN IT,, no way it was gross I was expecting someone to come home, they said they wouldn’t give me my money back , there was dirty laundry in the washer,, it was AWFUL , I have pictures and a month later still trying to get my money back , RUDE OWNERS AND Dirty

Great location and accommodating!
Place layout was awesome as we had a friend over for a couple of days. Right next to North Mountain and we hiked there regularly. Host was easy to contact top ask a question. Would come back.

Perfect home away from home.
We really enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out was so easy! It felt like home away from home. I will be staying there again! Very nice area and I love that it’s gated. Only minutes from a grocery store. We loved that there were 3 pools to choose from so if we wanted one to ourselves we had that option.

The place is cute and clean and central location for access throughout the Phoenix Valley.
My daughter and I stayed for several weeks. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood. Easy check in. Clean. Is in excellent condition, very accessible to highway, downtown, airport. It's quiet and extremely comfortable to be in. Obviously, the owners take good care in its upkeep and maintenance. Charles and Elizabeth were fabulous hosts and made our stay wonderful! Property was as stated. Little touches such as snacks, water and toiletries was much appreciated. The patio is fantastic. The pools were wonderful and not crowded. The owners have a storage closet full of fun pool toys. All in all it was a priced right and worth every dollar. I will be booking here again.

It was pretty. Too much congestion around it. I needed to be behind Hilton Squaw Peak. This was behind Tapitio for my mom I'm caring for so I'd be close to here. None4 of it worked sadly.

This was an excellent “base camp” for us as we moved our kids into dorms at Grand Canyon University. The owners were wonderful and attentive to our needs. The property was close to the school so trips back and forth were convenient. The property was very quiet and it was a great respite with all of the whirlwind activity that goes with moving students! We had one extremely minor maintenance issue that the owners swooped in and took care of in the blink of an eye. We will likely stay here again when we rerun to visit the kids. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking, you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect for our Needs
The property may be a little dated but it was clean, well furnished and in a good location. The beds were comfortable and it was certainly nice to have the two bathrooms. Although it was too hot to use the patio, the chairs were nice and having access to pools was a definite plus. There were even pool floats. It might be a little more convenient to have a combination lock as opposed to a key. Overall perfectly adequate for our needs.

Absolutely perfect! We came (2 adults, 1 child) to AZ for my stepson's graduation. The condo was perfect! Great location, grocery store just a few minutes away, and easy access to everything we came here for! The condo was just as described, nicely decorated and easy access to everything. The owners were so easy to work with as well! Highly recommended! The pools were never crowded, and the covered parking was appreciated!

Perfect place for a small family
Property was great! Check in was streamlined and communication from owners was flawless. The place was not too big, not too small and had accommodations that met our needs. Very centralized to everything we were wanting to do, and nothing was more than a twenty minute drive. Pool was a nice added touch, as well as pool equipment in the residence to use. Furniture could use a tad bit of modern updating, but regardless of that we had an amazing stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Value in Clean and Quiet Complex
I was a bit worried given the price and not knowing the areas of Phoenix real well, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The complex has beautiful grounds and is quiet and well kept. The condo itself has two nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. It has a very doable kitchen and is light and airy. Do wish there was an overhead light in the bedrooms. But so minor. Very happy and will stay here again.

The oven didn't work.The dishwasher leaked water.The bathroom exhaust fan excessively loud.The bathtub wouldn't hold water.Location iffy.Rooms were nice and clean.The owners were helpful and accomidating.We generally liked staying there.Wasn't perfect but we got our money's worth.

Lovely landlords, Great furnished place, everything you need is here, or close by!
Landlords meet you, so you feel comfortable asking any questions or favors! Lovely people, with two great dogs, who garden and bring you lemons, fresh home grown lettuce and grapefruit. Attentive to needs without imposing. Has everything you need in the condo for the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, including pool toys for 3 wonderful pools. Friendly neighbors. North of the arty downtown Phoenix, with great restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping close by.

Condo unit in need of some TLC
Overall we enjoyed our stay in Phoenix, the unit is in a gated community and we felt safe at the complex. We loved being able to use the pools and hot tubs at anytime. The condo is very spacious, plenty of room for 4 adults, with updated living room furniture, but the unit could use some TLC and updating of the appliances.

Nice property
The sunsets from the balcony are terrific and a great northern Phoenix location. The apartment is large however as mentioned before could use a little TLC, like a new shower head in the master. Didn't get a chance to meet the owners but Beth did call to checkup on how we were doing. Favorite part was our walk down Peoria to the Park reserve. Such a great area!!
