Mattress to soft for our liking. Should have a king size bed in master bedroom. Air handler on HVAC a bit noisy and comes on every 30 minutes. Location was awesome and pool area outside patio door. Nice stay.

Thank you for the input. Mattresses are always subjective, and they are high quality. Each bedroom has different mattresses not sure if you tried the spare room. Regarding King size beds, our listing clearly says we have two queen size beds. I think if having a king size bed is important I would suggest reading the listing carefully and staying where king size is listed. Overall we appreciate your business and booking for 12 days. We were really pleased with all the amenities and location was fantastic. Close to the pool, no stairs, very clean and quiet. The only thing we found was that there was an odour from smokers, so we got an air freshener which helped. You may want to get the curtains and bedding dry cleaned.

Susan, Thank you for the review. I am not sure what odor you were smelling. Our comforters are swapped out between guest, and our curtains were just laundered in the summer during our slow season. Just to be sure I went up after our cleaners had been in and the place smells perfect. I am thinking it must have been from outside as we don't allow smoking in the unit. We have air-fresheners in bathrooms and kitchen for guest to use. Thank for being such great guest, we're glad you enjoyed your birthday vacation at our condo, along with the bottle of wine and birthday card we provided. Come back anytime! Nice vacation confo
Very nice, kitchen was nicely stocked. Near shopping and access to main roads. Unit numbers are a little weird had some difficulty finding the unit. Smaller pool but pool area nice and clean. Enjoyed the out door patio. Only negative no laundry in the condo, have to go outside to another door but not a big deal. Overall highly recommend this condo and owners.

Great Quiet Condo in Fantastic Location
My sister and I stayed in this condo while visiting my son. The condo is very clean, in a fantastic location at the base of Camelback Mountain. We were within walking distance to Old Downtown Scottsdale, hiking trails on Camelback, and a nice quiet pool outside the sliding doors. Highly recommend.

We come to Phoenix every year for baseball spring training. This condo was perfect for the 4 of us. I especially liked the nice communal areas and the location which is within walking distance from Old Town Scottsdale.

Newly decorated condo
Property is in a great location - near Old Town Scottsdale and walking distance from Fashion Square. Well stocked condo with comfortable beds and sofas. Because the condo is on the first floor, it was easy to move in and out, but the view out the patio door is directly onto the pool with no real privacy to sit outside.

The condo was clean and outfitted with the basics most anyone would need while visiting. The owners were super responsive and helpful. The location is great; nowhere I went was more than a 30-minute drive away. Fashion Square (a huge, high-end mall) is across the street; Old Town Scottsdale is less than 15-minute walk; the entrance to Camelback Mountain for hiking is less than a 10-minute walk away; lots of spas only minutes away. Easy check in and check out. Safe area.

We had a great stay at this property. The condo was very clean and well-stocked. The only items not provided were bath soap and shampoo, but anything and everything else we needed was there. The location provided convenient access to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and is close to a variety of restaurants and shops being located right by the Fashion Mall. It's an older development, and it is well-maintained and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. We enjoy watching TV in the evening and the streaming options on the television were good. The mattress on the bed in the primary bedroom was firmer that what we have at home, but we slept very well. The HVAC did a nice job of regulating the temperature in the unit since there were significant temperature swings in the weather during our visit. Denise and Armand checked in on us during our stay and let us know they were available if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again.

Frank, Thank you for your very kind review of our property. I think you covered it all. Unfortunately we used to provide shampoo and soaps. But it ends up disappearing, plus that's more of a personal choice in what people like to use. But other than that, we keep it fully stocked with all the basic needs for guests. This was an awesome property. Very clean, and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen. Walking distance from Fashion Square and old Scottsdale. We rented e-bikes at Pedego Electric Bikes Scottsdale on 5th Ave and biked along the canal. I highly recommend!

Fantastic Location
I had a GREAT stay, so close to Old Town, it was wonderful to be able to walk there and communicating with the owners helped me to find other forms of transportation since I didn't rent a car. Loved the special touches, and fun toliet paper flower...lol. Thanks for a wonderful vacation spot!

Weekend Get Away
This condo is clean and conveniently located. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed. Nice to have a dedicated covered parking spot. For two couples it is just the right size and would be a recommended place to stay near Old Town Scottsdale

A very nice place perfectly cleaned very good for the money the only problem we had was the television We are old people and don't use all the apps etc so we had considerable difficulty finding what we wanted to watch. I felt like we could have gotten more personal help so we could have enjoyed our stay 100 %.. We really received very little help. It was perfect for us. The space was nice, clean and well equipped for our needs. Communication was good, expectations for checkout were clearly posted. The location was perfect for dining, shopping and for the wedding we attended during our stay. The complex was quiet and we felt very safe. Great stay in Scottsdale
We were very please with our two week stay at this condo. It was well furnished with everything we needed. The location was very convenient and was within walking distance to Scottsdale Old Town and to Fashion Square. It was an easy drive to the Botanical gardens and to the Western Museum. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions that we had as we settled in. Would definitely recommend this VRBO condo if you are staying in the Scottsdale area.

Convenient location and functional layout
This was a perfect place for my sister and I on our trip. The condo is on ground floor so short walk from dedicated parking space to room. The room layout worked out well giving us our space and convenient patio for a relaxing outside. The host was very responsive to our questions and will plan on staying here again next time we are in the area. Additionally its located very close to Old Scottsdale and Fashion Mall.

This property was wonderful, the apartment was very clean and had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The pool was close and we were sometimes the only ones using it. Wonderful Fall Weekend
We had a wonderful long weekend in Armand and Denise’s condo. I was able to introduce my mom to beautiful Scottsdale as we visited with my son who had recently moved there. My husband joined as well after his business trip was cancelled. The condo was perfect and beautifully renovated. We had everything we needed and the location couldn’t be beat! Armand and Denise were great hosts and responded immediately to anything we needed. They even checked on me to make sure I was safe after my flight was cancelled and I arrived late. The pool was warm and inviting and the patio was wonderful for morning coffee and afternoon beverages. The decor was very cool and my mom and son enjoyed discussing the various movie theme pictures. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed and the sweet neighbor lady was so kind! We will definitely stay again in the future!

The perfect location for a great vacation!
For a Mom and daughter travel duo this was the perfect condo choice for us! From start to finish my rental of this property was amazing! Communication before and during bookings was like no other I have experienced - they answered my questions thoroughly and quickly, leaving bo doubts we had made the correct choice. Check-in was so easy - I love the coded door - no key to pack around. The unit is spotless and shows the pride of ownership in every detail - so nicely remodeled and has everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Comfortable beds, plush towels, & all the kitchen amenities we needed. The pool is just steps out the back patio making it very convenient and the adorable patio is inviting for enjoying a cool drink on a warm sunny afternoon. The pool and grounds are very quiet and we never had to compete for a pool chair like when we stay at a resort! The location is so convenient to all of the great old town restaurants and shops, I walked a 3-4 miles each morning and felt very safe exploring the neighborhood! My Mom didn't want to walk, and Uber or Lyft was less than $7 for rides to and from Old Town. My mom and I had an amazing vacation by being guests in this until and we cannot wait to book a return trip for next year!

Great Scottsdale condo!
My sister and I rented this lovely condo for 5 days and loved it! It was clean, spacious, well decorated, and fully equipped with everything you need. It was a pleasure to prepare some of our meals in the great kitchen. The location was great too, as it was in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and other activities. The owners were also very easy to work and responsive to questions and needs. Will definitely stay here again if out that way!

Awesome stay
My husband, myself and my daughter flew into Phoenix for a concert and found Denise and Armand‘s property online. The pictures are exactly what it is, very clean, very comfortable and within walking distance of so many things , which was great since we were not able to rent a car. The location is great! We definitely want to return another time! Thank you both for everything!

Very nice condo. It was extremely clean and for the price, a good deal. The old movie theme pictures on the walls was charming. The coin laundromat was nearby and the pool was right outside the sliding backdoor.
