Ideal property
This house was perfect for us and we would eagerly stay there again next time in Scottsdale. Location was close to restaurants and golf courses and hiking we like and there is a supermarket and other services close by. The pool and outdoor fireplace and covered patio got used daily. The owner was very responsive. The bedding was comfy, although there is only 1 master so it’s a better ht for a family than multiple couples. It is well stocked with supplies and essentials. Very quiet secure neighborhood with elaborate landscaping.

Beautiful back yard and pool
We enjoyed the property for a month. Close to grocery stores and restaurants so very convenient. Clean and comfortable and a wonderful back yard. The pool was warm enough to enjoy without heating it and we spent a lot of time in the spacious backyard. The host, Thomas, was quick to respond to our questions and we will definitely try to rent this home again.

Lovely house in a great location
House is perfect for a small group. Very clean and everything you need. Garden and pool area is great, both during the day and in the evening. Very quiet and not overlooked. Location is perfect with supermarket, coffee places and restaurants just down the road, within walking distance in the evening for dinner. We shall come back.

Very peaceful, beautiful getaway
Stayed at the house for 12 days. I had surgery and spent more than a week recovering here. It was exactly what the doctor ordered, especially in super hot weather. The owner is very responsive, helpful and friendly. The house is immaculate and we wanted for nothing at all. Great location near all amenities. And the outdoor kitchen was awesome. We will be back for sure!! Thanks for your hospitality. A real gem!

Home had a good layout for both indoor and outdoor living. This property was great for a one month winter getaway for my wife and I. Also accommodated visits for added family and friends throughout the stay. Two cautions ... one, wifi and cell service had limitations. Owner has committed to investigating change of service providers. If this has not been converted, the internet (email and video streaming) will be limited. Second, heating for hot tub and pool cannot be operated at same time, so understand this if chose to pay extra for usage.

very disappointing stay
*44 day stay * Started by Host arranging to drop off a family member's vehicle to store in the garage before my arrival without consulting me or getting my approval *No active local premier property manager as advertised, and Host was out of state for duration of our stay. Saw him once on the last day when he came to pick up the car stored in garage * Main Furnace was not working upon my arrival. I spent the first 8 days of my stay with no heat in the entire living area of house. Only had heat from a 2nd furnace in the bedrooms. *Host has heat programmed to 68 degrees and turns off entirely late night/early morning. Had to clear the programming to have the heat at 72 to be comfortable. Night time lows during our time in the 30-40s and daytime highs were 50-60s. It was FREEZING in the house in January!! New furnace and compressor had to be installed *One roll of TP in bathrooms, 2 kitchen garbage bags, one roll of paper towel. a little more would have been appreciated *Issues with the hot water, hit or miss how long you get a hot shower, not hot enough to wash dishes. Dishwasher was poor and needs a good cleaning * Patio furniture cushions and 2 loungers are dirty, faded and tearing *Near end of trip when our kids arrived, I requested Spa be turned on. Host made multiple excuses why pool and spa could not be heated. Beforehand, the pool people informed me it could be activated immediately. The option to heat pool/spa was a big part of the reason why I chose this house. I insisted the spa be heated and the Host finally turned it on. *Cold winter in AZ and I guess he didn't want to lose $$ on the heating. *Annoying plastic tarp over the spa which is held down with rocks from the yard. Host asked for it to always be replaced when not in use. Tarp and rocks end up in the spa when winds are strong. Not fun fishing it out *Vacuum cleaner rug feature does not work as its too bound up with hair. Gross * Bathtub doesn't drain and pushes back up black debris and hair... disgusting to stand in while showering. forget having a bath *To Host's credit no charge for the 4 days of spa heat and apologized for the ups and downs on our stay. Too little too late * I believe these issues are the result of trying to minimize expenses on upkeep and running it as a side business. this negatively impacted our entire time and made for a frustrating stay. *I would not recommend this property and believe there are many better options nearby

Amazing property
This location is amazing. Very close to everything you need. Nice quiet community. The house is awesome. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need and more, even a pantry with a lot of stuff you may need! The backyard is incredible. Very private from neighbors. Great to sit outside and watch TV. We didn’t use the pool as it wasn’t available to heat during December but we did use the hot tub and it was great! We highly recommend staying here and will definitely return when we are in Scottsdale.

An oasis in the dessert
Had a very nice stay. Thomas and Kelly provided excellent communication. House is very clean...We had a wedding to organize just down the road. I just wish I had more time to enjoy the backyard and the outdoor kitchen. If your looking for a clean, safe, quiet place to relax this is it. Very well decorated home. Neighborhood is great. Thanks Thomas! Next time I'm in Scottsdale I will definetly plan my stay here.

Loved the property! In a great neighborhood close to Pinnacle Peak trail where we enjoy hiking. Check in was flawless and the house is even better than pictured! We spend an entire day enjoying the pool and using the multiple outdoor sitting areas to watch football on the outdoor TV! The six of us used the full kitchen for a tamale feast and it was stocked with everything we needed and more including a rice maker and margarita glasses! The bathrooms were spacious and a great touch adding a restroom for those at the pool. Beds were comfortable and rooms large. Would absolutely stay here again. Home away from home feel!

This was our 2nd stay at this home! We absolutely love staying here! It’s a very quiet neighborhood and conveniently located near a few of our favorite places. This home is very spacious and comfortable and always super clean and well tended to, and has everything you need and more! Our favorite gathering place is of course the pool area! We love that it has the TV out on the patio and this time we had the chance to use the Green Egg, which was wonderful! Tom the host was so kind and wonderful to work with! We had a couple questions and he responded immediately. We were so thrilled that Tom was able to extend our stay and extra 3 days! My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The house is fully stocked with anything you may need. Owners were very responsive and answered all our questions. Most properties in photos are staged and look better than they are. This one is the other way, pictures don't do it justice. My wife and daughter wanted a house to just hang out at and lay by the pool. This fit the bill nicely, the pool areas is beautiful. My daughter wondered who we had to share it with. No one, all ours. House is very comfortable and you don't have constant worries that you're going to scratch, break, or stain something. Very good communication from the owner and he is very responsive. We had a kitchen sink clog on a Saturday and he had some one out to fix it within hours. He didn't even get mad when I accidently pocket dialed him late one night (sorry again Tom). Very pleased, would rent again.

We had a great stay at this property! Nice and quiet neighborhood. The home is comfortable and kept clean. We had temps in the 90s for the week and the back patio was perfectly shaded so we could enjoy it anytime; pool and lounge chairs were in the sun most of the day, which is perfect. The owner was very responsive to any questions/issues and flexible with our check in/check out times, which was very appreciated.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood
This house is absolutely amazing! Comfy furnishings, well stocked, and immaculate. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and some great hiking. The outdoor area is really the selling point of this home. Lots of space, beautiful backyard. The pool is pretty but wasn't heated so we didn't use it. FYI If you want to use the spa, it is heated only the hours you ask for and is a separate charge. We would 100% book this home again. The owner was prompt with any communication. We had a wonderful trip.

Amazing Anniversary Getaway
My husband and I spent our anniversary week in this home. Our kids met us for a few days and we could not have been happier. The home is much larger than we anticipated and there was plenty of room for everyone to have a great time. We cooked both inside and outside. The outdoor area is one in a million. We spent ALL our time outside. The landscaping is beautiful and it attracted many birds and butterflies to enjoy. The neighborhood is so quiet and lovely and this home is located in a GREAT area. Just down the road is everything you need. We didn't want to leave and I hope that one day, we will be able to come back.

This was our 2nd vacation in Scottsdale and this was by far our favorite! Our host Kelly was awesome and quick to respond to any questions we might have. Our family loved this home and area! This neighborhood is wonderful, and the neighbors kindly waved and said hello to us whenever we saw them. This home was beautiful inside and outside! Very neat and clean, and had most things we needed. Bedrooms we're very spacious and all beds were very comfortable! We really enjoyed the pool and the back yard oasis very much! It was clean and well tended to as is the landscape. We especially loved the mountain view from the back yard, absolutely gorgeous! We would definitely love to visit this home again! Excellent Stay, Nice Home, Quiet Neighborhood
Property was as advertised, everything was well kept with plenty of utensils, dishes, pans and misc. Appliances were all modern, everything worked, very clean, enjoyed the stay. Close to restaurants and AJ's foods but far enough out that traffic congestion was not a problem. Pool was great with a 5.5' deep center which we liked. Pool area had a real sense of privacy and very nice BBQ area, covered seating area with outdoor ceiling fans and TV. There is a fireplace by the pool which we did not use. House thermostats are programmed remotely but you do have options to over-ride so that wasn't a big deal. The only thing I would put in the questionable column was the saggy master bed mattress but there were other beds to choose from. All in all, for a VRBO this is a solid 5-star - older home but very well maintained with a great pool area which is where we spent most of our time. Would stay there again.
