Beautiful place

The perfect place to stay in the Phoenix area! Easy access to downtown and other things to do. The place itself is absolutely beautiful and so clean. If we come back to Phoenix, we’d love to be able to stay there again.

Awesome place and accommodating owner!!

The place was a great location - centrally located and close to everything. The unit was very clean, and the owner was so accommodating. This was our first time to the area, and he offered us the best places to eat, site see and also an early check in. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

Really great all around. Clean, comfortable, great amenities, central location, neighbors were easy, great communication and support (even when i was the dumb one). I actually cant think of more that could have been done for the price. Will book again when I am in Phoenix!

Golf and warm weather

Our host was wonderful. He was very good at communicating with us , let us check in early and left us a bunch of yummy snacks. We were disappointed that the pools were not heated. hot tubes were not in working order and the fitness center was closed. The condo was nice and met our needs.

Comfortable, quiet, and convenient

My daughter and I were in town for a soccer tournament. The condo was very comfortable with a nice updated bathroom and comfortable beds. The sleeper couch had an amazing mattress. The gated complex felt very safe which was important to me as a woman traveling with daughter and very convenient to good hiking, restaurants, and entertainment. Owner stayed in good contact and had great recommendations. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

The condo was cute and in a convenient location. Neither one of the two hot tubs on site were working so that was a major bummer. Coming for cold weather, I was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. But overall, great experience and Ken was easy to work with and communicated very well. Thank you!

The Best Part Was...

We REALLY enjoyed staying at "Modern Condo w Pool." The condo was perfect for us. The location was really convenient. Ken was an outstanding host-- easy to work with, great communication, purveyor of much useful local info. Best of all for us, was that my wife kept saying, "They've thought of EVERYTHING!" The condo was equipped with everything that we needed. Many thanks! Will definitely come back, if our travels bring us back to Phoenix.

Great place for our first trip to Phoenix

This property exceeded our expectations! Pleasantly surprised how well the property was stocked with Coffee, tea, cold drinks, snacks and even band-aids. There were pool noodles, walking sticks, camelbacks and even cooler bags to keep our drinks cool on our adventures. Ken was an awesome host and he was very helpful offering suggestions for restaurants, sites to see, hiking trails and even local churches. Very comfy bed, lots of towels and lots of space for the two of us. It had everything we needed. We would book back here for sure!

Ken was a fantastic host. His place is very nice and clean. Everything he said or showed was correct. Ken gave us great info for things to do around the area. We had a small issue with the pool key and he took care of it immediately. (Not sure but could have been user error. 🤪). All in all our stay was perfect and we would stay again.

As advertised, this condo had a full kitchen, dining area, living room, balcony, master bedroom with walk-in closet, and full bath. When I come back to the Phoenix area, I'm definitely checking first to see whether this property is available before looking elsewhere. The host did an excellent job of making sure I had the info needed to enter the complex and condo ahead of time. He was also responsive to a question I asked mid-stay, eager to make sure I was comfortable. The location was convenient as well, close to area highways, which made it easier for me to navigate to visit local sights and family. The daily rate was competitive with other similarly situated places, I thought, and I was able to leave satisfied with the overall expense.

Clean, quiet, and centrally located

Pro’s: The place is very welcoming. Condo has lots of windows with a nice view off the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped, except for large serving bowls. Plenty of towels, extra bed linens, pillows, spare shower gels, shampoos, and bars of soap. Walk-in closet is huge with plenty of hangers, 2 coolers, sun hats, games, even a bathrobe and slippers! Host is fantastic. Responded immediately anytime I texted him. Gave us great recommendations for nearby places of interest. The condo is one flight up and easy to access, with a full-sized pool and hot tub that you can walk to in under a minute. The parking space is covered from the elements. Cons (fairly minor): The bed frame is a little bouncy and creaky when you turn over. The pullout is tough to close and also a little squeaky. There are no table lamps, only overhead lights which are very bright. There aren’t enough utensils to last you until the dishwasher is full, which is a pain and wastes water. The complex itself does not recycle ANYTHING. Overall we were very happy with the condo and the host. I felt safe walking around both inside the complex and out. The grounds were well maintained and clean. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by. A thumbs up.

We chose this place because our daughter lives in the same complex. We spent much of our time at her place. This place had everything you would need to have an enjoyable stay here. The variety of options in the snack bowl was great! It helped us get through our day trip to Sedona and while watching our favorite sports on TV. The next time we get to Phoenix, we will try to stay here again.

Overall, this place was a great place to stay at. If you need anything, Ken will take care of you. But I had few issues with the thermostat because it keeped dropping out.The bathroom fan was so dirty that it couldn't even suck air out of the bathroom.I noticed that the furnace filter was very dirty as well, starving the furnace of clean air.
