This is a great house in a great location. The pool is close by and heated. The house is fully stocked and the neighbours are really friendly.

Wonderful house!
This house is welcoming, comfortable, organised and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while we visited with family. The location was perfect.

Super property
This well cared for townhome was a great place to rest and relax. Convenient to restaurants, hiking and biking. The pool was wonderful and heated. Even though it was cool for our stay, we enjoyed it regularly. The beds we’re comfortable. Great storage and kitchen set up. Everything you could want (bring your own spices). The shower in primary suite was a bit wonky but fine for able bodied persons - it has a step down. We’d recommend this highly.

Fantastic condo with great pool & friendly residents.
Great communication and we loved the property! The unit was spacious, well maintained and very comfortable. We especially liked the southern exposure, high ceilings and view of the incredible pool. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space and hangers in the closets along with large dressers. It was nice to have a separate enclosed garage for our car. While in a convenient location, you will probably need a vehicle. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return again sometime.

Great Location
The unit was in a great location in the Alta Mesa community, close to everything. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. There is a nice heated community pool and hot tub. The wifi and tv worked well with only one minor hiccup so all good.. One of my concerns were the unit could have been a bit cleaner as we had to do a bit of cleaning when we arrived. The unit could also use a little bit of an upgrade on towel, cutlery, and utensils. They all worked but they really need a refresh as they are getting worn and dated. for the price we paid to rent the unit. My biggest concern was the shower in the master as it is a sunken shower with a large step down into it that gets extremely slippery especially for the second person using the shower after the first. We bought a little suction bath mat and cut it to size to make it a bit safer getting into the shower. I just worry someone could take a bad fall in there. There is a bath/shower in the other bathroom so people could use that instead if they are worried about it. Just something to be aware of. Overall the unit worked really well for us and Pat was great to deal with.

Family Visit
The place was lovely and quiet. There were a couple of hiccups due to A/C and wall art, but the property manager addressed them immediately. Over all it was a wonderful stay and would recommend and even stay there again.

Great house
We came to Arizona due to my grandpa passing away. It was a spur of the moment trip so it was hard to find housing for myself, my husband, mother, stepdad, sister, and stepdaughter. This house fit us all and was very roomy. We were able to cook, do laundry, and the community pool was wonderful. Thankful for a beautiful house to stay in while we were on our spur of the moment trip.

Just what we were looking for
Wonderful location in peaceful neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Loved the huge back patio area with special lighting and view of neighborhood pool. Switches and other things are labeled (nice touch). Comfortable beds and furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Small step down from entry and master shower/tub is sunken. Hall bath is standard so there is alternative for anyone with mobility issues. Plenty of dishes and silverware but may need to use one of the two step stools to reach. Nice split floorplan with enough space and privacy for everyone in our party. Lots of natural lighting between skylights and lots of windows. Note: no door between master and bath with skylight so prepare for bright mornings. Garage not really attached but so nice to have and only couple steps from front door through private courtyard. Would highly recommend.

Perfect accomodations
This place was fantastic. We were a group of 6 adults, the three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for us. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances. The house was clean and very well cared for. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was warm, the neighbors that we met were friendly and welcoming. It was very easy to find and quick access to a lot of shopping, restaurants and main roads. I really liked having the ability to park our rental car in the garage so I didn't have to worry about door dings or scratches. If I find myself in Phoenix again, I will definitely be renting this!!

Our stay was very comfortable at Alta Mesa. The size of the house fit our family perfectly and everything was very clean. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, which were so close. The property managers were very quick to respond to our questions. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clearly written out so it was easy to receive our security deposit back. Thanks!

Comfortable, quiet and relaxing
A very nicely appointed unit and super close to the pool. The owner/manager stayed in contact with us before arriving providing us with pertinent information regarding the unit and the complex. The patio was very nice and sunny and since there weren't a whole lot of people using the pool it was very quiet. Grocery shopping was very close with several chain stores 5 - 10 minutes away.

Fun at Sunnyvale
The townhouse was as advertised. It was well appointed and clean. The community is quiet and neighbors were welcoming when we crossed paths in the pool or common areas. Our group had no need to request assistance or to address any shortcomings. The arrival, or check-in process was seemless. I have rented vacation properties in the past and would certainly choose this property again in the future. 5 stars!

Well stocked unit, had everything that we needed and MORE! Thank you for leaving the store discount cards! This was an added surprise and very useful! The unit is comfortable and extremely clean! It felt like home! It is centrally located, near everything that we needed and planned to do! The community was very friendly and the pool was amazing! We went to the Mesa Swap Market, Old Scottsdale, Top Golf, 3 different golf courses and had a fabulous time! We ate at the Cozy Cafe, D-Vine, a great diner in Scottsdale and La Calabria in Gilbert (an absolute must for amazing homemade Italian food). Great weather, great golf, just a great vacation overall! Nicely decorated, clean, quiet, close to pool, very comfortable.
Enjoyed our stay. Lots of nice friendly neighbors who gave us tips on where to shop, what to see and what to do. Even though the weather was cool the pool area felt warm as it is somewhat sheltered and the pool was a very comfortable 90 degrees. Would have liked to have stayed another week but the daily rate was nearly double of what we were paying according to VRBO website. We would stay in this area again. Very friendly area!

Very nice, clean and spacious. Well apportioned. The beds were comfortable. Great location.
The living room was large and had ample seating. The kitchen was equipped with essential table settings, pots and pans, etc. The master bedroom was very large and had an on suite bathroom with double sinks and plenty of closet space. There were plenty of extra towels, including beach towels for the pool. There is a front and a back courtyard/patio area with seating and tables. Overall, this is a fantastic pace to stay and I will look to stay here again when we visit next year. The only drawbacks are the Keurig coffee maker, and the tv channels. We drink a lot of coffee and ended up buying our own coffee maker rather than use the keurig. We did not watch a lot of tv except at night so it wasn’t a big deal about the tv channels. However, if we were staying through the weekend and couldn’t watch the football games, that would have been disappointing. These two issues are very minor and I mention only for coffee drinkers and sports fans. I highly recommend this property.

Exceptional value! Well maintained 3-BR Condo. Well appointed. Convenient location.
Pat was wonderful. Provided all the information well in advance. The townhome is well appointed and well maintained. Furniture and beds are comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Home is adjacent to pool (which is rarely used by residents). You can keep an eye on children while they’re swimming from the back patio. Great for couples get-away or family.

The property was beautiful. Lacking a few essentials like platic wrap, aluminum foil and knives for cutting and slicing. Cleaning fee is excessive considering how we left the place. It will be a 2 hour clean maximum for one person Great location Sue & Cam

Absolutely beautiful
Besides being beautiful it was as well stocked with everything you could possibly need, even coffee for the next day when you arrived late. The pool was great, I don't have any complaints except I needed a handicapped bathroom but that was my fault, not theirs. If you're in decent shape, don't hesitate to rent this, it is everything you could possibly want.
