Great place in a great neighborhood. House is clean. Pool and hot tub are very nice although we did not use them this time. Very accepting community. Best part is the owners. They are very responsive to any questions or issues. We stayed 2 weeks to hang with good friends who live up the road.

It's Much More Than a 10 !!!
My wife (67) and I (73) are young-at-heart professionals who wanted to flee the Boston weather for 10 days in mid-March. By choosing this homestead, we hit the jackpot! Arthur, the host/owner, is as terrific a person you're likely to meet in your lifetime. He's available 24/7 via text , email, or phone... and will do everything possible to make your stay perfect. He's an ace! There's a reason that the 110 people who have reviewed this home before me gave it a TEN. It's because... 1) The home is drop-dead gorgeous, modern, and spotless. 2) The pool and attached spa with an also attached fire pit is amazing... it was custom made and it's magnificent. 3) The beautiful golf course (16th hole fairway) runways down to the scenic mountain background... whew! 4) The chef's kitchen (gas!) with its huge island makes meal prep easy and satisfying (I'm a home chef... I know what works! ;-). 5) Everything you need for meal prep (utensils, pots, pans, etc.) are there. 6) Paper towels, toilet paper (all quality stuff) are provided as well as laundry soap, dish washing liquid, and most everything you'd need. 7) The living room is cozy and abuts the kitchen - open concept of living these days... great! Big TV in there is great for the chef preparing a meal to see the latest news or whatever you choose. 8) The master/primary suite will knock your Sox off (sorry, we' re Boston fans!). The king mattress and linens are top notch (think Hyatt hotels). Won't let me write more!

Clean, Comfortable, Quiet.
Where do I start? This is the second time we have rented this property because we loved it so much the first time. I looked and looked for something different or better but just kept coming back to this wonderful house. The home is super clean, has everything we wanted in a rental. The pool is clean and water temp was amazing. We are golfers and the course is fun and challenging and the home is located close to many other golf course options. Arthur is very responsive when contacted. It would also be an amazing location for NASCAR, and spring training baseball. (Super close to the track and ball fields) There are a few dining options close by but the really good restaurants are 20-25 minutes away. No big deal for us. We will probably stay here again next year and in my opinion that speaks volumes for the property.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Everything was perfect. The house was exceptionally clean and so was the pool and all the landscaping. The pool water and spa temperature was great. The golf course is also really nice. I would highly recommend this home if you want to stay around Estrella.

Had a great 8 day stay at this property. Very clean and a wonderful location. Communication was easy and effortless. Kitchen and outdoor space was great. Only ended up eating out once. We stayed here for 2 weeks visiting friends in the same neighborhood. Place was very clean. Stocked better than most VRBO’s I have been in. Plenty of essentials like linens, towels, cookware, laundry soap and dishes. Check in was easy with a code for the door. Decorations were not lavish but in very good condition. 2 flat screen TVs with Dish TV. Good internet service. The pool is beautiful as is the spa. Very clean and the pool guy came while we were there to check and skim it. We did use the spa but not the pool. Was very enjoyable. Community is close enough to shopping that it is easy. Baseball stadiums are a 15-20 minute drive. We felt very safe here. Will return again as we were very happy with the place. The owner was very responsive to our few questions.

Perfect Desert Retreat
The house was absolutely beautiful! From the huge kitchen to the outdoor resort-like pool and surrounding golf course/mountains, we could not have asked for a better escape. We come to AZ often, and this has been our favorite rental to date. Secluded enough to feel like you are away and in the desert, but not far from good food, shopping and plenty to do! My family and I took a trip to Arizona for our son’s baseball tournament and this was the perfect getaway. Easy to communicate with Arthur when we had questions. Nice decor and very clean with great amenities. Both the pool and views of the golf course were quite relaxing. Our family definitely enjoyed our stay here.

The house was great, and the pool and hot tub are amazing! The hot tub was actually the perfect temperature and the pool heat made the pool lovely to swim in! The surrounding fire pit was also beautiful. Unfortunately the furniture surrounding the fire pit had not arrived yet. All in all it was a beautiful place to stay the neighborhood was really nice for walking and felt safe! Thank you Arthur!

This property is exactly what I was looking for and matched the listing perfecting. The house is located in a lovely, private, quiet area. Close enough to all the things you want and need but far enough away to be peaceful. The house was clearly built with attention to detail and has top end finishes while still being cozy. It had everything we needed during our stay. The backyard pool is just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. We will definitely book this property again next time we come to the area.
