**Overview** :



This is a darling Casita detached from a sprawling suburban home on the west

side of Phoenix in a safe and beautiful Litchfield Park neighborhood. This is

a perfect spot to enjoy everything that the “Valley of the Sun” has to offer

for a week, or a month.





The Casita is totally private, with a separate entrance and a private

courtyard. It is on it’s own thermostat, so comfort is totally in your control

for heating and AC. The gated entrance gets you into the beautiful courtyard.

On your right is the entrance to your home away from home. Inside you will

find a queen sized adjustable bed, 42" flat screen television with DirectTV

service, free WiFi, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and an easy chair for

your comfort. The full sized bath/shower is relaxing and private. There is

also a closet and dresser for all of your personal things.





The beautiful garden is meticulously taken care of by the homeowners. It is a

tranquil place to spend your time outside in the lighted garden gazebo for an

outdoor meal or glass of wine.



This home is located close to the Wigwam Resort with 3 golf courses. Many

other golf courses are also nearby. It’s close to shopping, Desert Diamond

Casino, Winter League and Spring Training baseball, State Farm Stadium, home

of the Arizona Cardinals and home of the Fiesta bowl. It’s an easy 20 minute

ride to down town Phoenix and all it has to offer including the Arizona

Diamondback’s Stadium and the Phoenix Suns Arena.



It comes with one (1) dedicated parking space. For longer stays,

housekeeping service is available.

Quick stay

We stayed at this Casita for two nights and it was easy to find, clean, and comfortable. It’s minutes away from some good restaurants and beautiful old town Litchfield. I would recommend this little spot for any couple or single person that is looking to eat out, adventure around the Phoenix area, and have a quiet place to rest your head.

Great time was had!

Recently stayed for three nights at the Casita for Rangers Spring Training. Property was very clean accessible and to the ballpark and a lot of restaurants. Would love to reserve again next year.

Nice place to stay

Our stay was very nice. It was real close to Palm Valley golf course. That’s where we needed to go every morning. The only problem was the coffee pot didn’t work ! Not good!!!

Elm Casita

This was exactly as advertised. The Casita was in a beautiful neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping, they were kind enough to have brochures of the local area. The Casita was clean and well furnished, perfect size for just the two of us. There was a good supply towels, shampoo and soaps if needed. They had a few bottles of water and snacks available. There was ample closet space with hangers and plenty of drawer space. The outside patio table area was nice to sit at in the evening. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will book again if available on our next trip.

Loved our stay here. It was like staying in a good quality hotel room. Neighborhood is lovely. Parking is convenient. Privatew entry for maximum privacy. Patio is a great asset. Room was exceptionally clean and bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend!

Pros: easy booking, safe neighborhood, clean comfortable bed, good wifi, mini frig Cons: heat didn't stay on (even after host said he'dfix it), no table or decent chair, vanity sink had trouble draining. Too cold in winter to use outside patio table. Awkward layout: huge floor mirror, no desk or table, no decent clothes hangers. Single chair 12 inches off floor. For the cost, we wouldn't book again.

We had a delightful stay here while visiting our daughter and her family for 5 days. Everything was perfect - even better than the pictures! Comfortable adjustable bed, extra pillows, towels and hangers. Lovely private courtyard and gazebo with table and chairs for sitting outside. Great location - lovely neighborhood close to many restaurants, shopping, easy access to interstate. Will definitely try to book this for our return trip next year.
