Enjoy this remodeled, family-friendly charming home with modern comforts with fun, retro features. The Palo Verde house features a beautiful, newly remodeled kitchen with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining area and eat-at island and sleeps 10+. It has a private backyard with play structure, grill, and outdoor seating area. The open kitchen/living space features new wood flooring, a full, well-stocked kitchen for cooking all your meals, large dining area, a flat screen smart tv equipped with Disney+, Netflix, YouTube live TV and other streaming channels. There is room for an air mattress so just let us know if you might need that for your stay and we will be sure it is there for you.
Should you need to get a little work done during your stay? We have a dedicated office area and high-speed WiFi internet.

Located in an established and coveted Sun View Estates neighborhood with tree-lined streets and large homes, you'll ease into peaceful desert living. There are two parking spots directly in front of the unit as well as plenty of street parking, and a short distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, golf courses, bike paths, hiking, and the light rail that can take you to Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Phoenix, and Tempe. Only a 22-minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale. Perfect for a couples' getaway or someone working in the area for a while.

Should you need more space for your group, there is also a separate guest house on the property that can be rented with its own private gated entrance, private back patio with sitting area and separate bedroom with comfy queen size bed with closet for additional storage, smart TV and door to private patio. Note, these have completely separate entrances and parking, and the backyard is not shared unless both are rented by the same party.
