Excellent Home in a quiet suburb of Phoenix
This property was great for our stay in the Phoenix area. It’s located in a quiet and clean neighborhood and it’s location provided easy access to the metropolitan area as well as highways to other parts of Arizona. Eloy, the property owner was great to deal with and checked in multiple times to assure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would rent this house again for my next trip to Phoenix

Great home . Clean the only thing is if u don’t like super soft beds this home is not for you but I found them comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet NO BARKING DOGS was a nice change from other places we have stayed at

Great Property
The property itself was great. The owner was extremely accommodating and had fantastic communication. He messaged me several times to make sure that everything was fine. The house was well stocked. The only surprise was that there was no dishwasher but that was on the listing and I missed it. The neighborhood was a bit concerning when I arrived on the property but it turned out to be a quiet neighborhood and we had no problems at all. Again, the owner was great! Thanks

Great house
Wonderful house to stay in! Close to Phoenix and all the things we wanted to do. Lots of restaurants close to the house as well. I really appreciated the washer and dryer as we were able to pack less for our trip. Owners were very responsive. Only complaint is the beds were queen and not long as listed which made sleeping a little cramped. Overall and wonderful stay!

Great Spot Close to Spring Training
This house was clean and just as listed. It was easy to find and was perfect for our weekend stay. It was about 20 min from Camelback Ranch and the main street just the next block over was cute and had a festival going on the weekend we were there. Would definitely book again!

Eloy's property was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms and roomy and beds were medium/firm (but a little noisy when sitting on the edge). Bathrooms were a little small but did the job. Kitchen was well equipped and the eating area had plenty of space. We loved the ease of access with a key code. We especially loved that the house allowed our dog to travel with us. The fenced in yard was a definite benefit. We would stay at this house again.

Cozy Tolleson Home
We rented this home to stay close to my Dad’s house for the holiday. We usually stay with him when we visit from out of town but our usual dog boarding place wouldn't take our senior dog anymore because she needs special attention and my Dad has pets of his own so we couldn’t bring ours there. It was such a convenient location, only 5 minutes away from him. The house is so cute and cozy yet very spacious with everything you could ever need. The neighborhood was calm and quiet. Being walking distance from our favorite Pete’s Fish and Chips was also a nice treat :)

Clean Home. Close proximity to Stadium.
This house was close in proximity to the stadium and an easy uber ride to and from. The inside of the home was clean and comfortable. We did not have any issues.

Excellent February 2022 stay!
This was our very first VRBO rental & wasn't sure what to expect. But to our surprise, this surpassed our expectations. We rented for the month of February. Eloy, the owner, was very quick to answer our questions. He also was in contact with us to make sure if we needed anything to let him know. We asked before booking about a tv in the master bedroom...there wasn't one, but he would make sure one was installed before our checkin. Yes, a wall mount large Flatscreen tv was there for us. The home itself was very nice. It has had some upgrades, but could use more. The tv is run on antenna only, so if you need satellite or streaming services, be sure to bring your own firestick &/or other electronic tv equipment. The neighborhood was ok. Very quiet neighbors, but there is an auto body repair shop next door, so there was extra traffic normally not in a residential area. The body shop did not cause any problems for us. There is a very high cement retaining wall between the shop & home so that helped with the noise & the shops traffic. We communicated with one neighbor alot (she even made breakfast for us the 2nd day of arrival). The property is fully fenced in so if you have a dog, it can run freely on the property. There is no real grass, but the front yard is the artificial turf & the back of the home is dirt. Our small house dog loved being able to run free outside. There are other dogs in the neighborhood so when one barks, it seems they all bark so if you don't mind barking dogs then this location is ok. Overall, we would stay at this home again if it were to be available.

Short trip with an adult group of 6
Great rental size for our group, the kitchen and dining area was super clean and spacious. The property does have cameras outside which made us feel safe, the neighborhood had some interesting people roaming around that we noticed during our stay. Overall for the cost it was great for our adult group that stayed there.

Great stay in Tolleson
Eloy’s place was nice with all the necessities of home. It was comfortable and had plenty of space. Communication was quick and helpful. The house rules and WiFi info were clearly posted and easy to find. We had fun in the area and in Phoenix during our stay. We enjoyed our stay in the home.

Beautifully redone
