Lock all doors and close all windows. Summer: Set A/C to 78 Degrees - - - Winter: Turn off AC/Heat. Return the backyard to the way it was organized at check in.
Fill up hot tub so the water sit right underneath the head cushions to ensure hot tub filtration. Load the dishwasher. Place all used towels in the hampers found in the bedroom
Take all pool toys and rubbish out of pool. Throw all rubbish in the trash bins. Double-check the space for all your personal items and valuables. Empty the safe, if used to store items - code: 7525
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had three families arriving at different times and check in went smoothly. . Hosts were available to answer my many questions quickly. Home was clean and accommodated 8 of us comfortably. The kids enjoyed their own space and game area. The pool and fire pit were added bonuses!
