Love Your Privacy -- The Whole House In La Jolla Village Is Yours!!

Welcome home! If you love privacy - the whole house is yours!! 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 1466 SF. Bright and spacious family room, dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom is large and relaxing with HD Smart TV. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have comfy queen beds and High Speed WiFi. The grassy back yard is inviting to kids, pets or to simply take in some Arizona sun. Close to shopping, dining, sporting events and cultural events.

This home is an exclusive use property - not our Residence. Spread everyone out among the 3 bedrooms. Tile throughout the house, except for brand new carpet in all bedrooms. Freshly painted and ready to impress. Comfortable, high quality sofa and loveseat in the living room invite relaxing. Dinnerware for 6 and a full kitchen. Crock pot available upon request. Walk in shower plus separate tub in Master BR. Tub/Shower in guest bath.

The garage is not included since it is where we store the cleaning and guest supplies.
There are two parking spots in the driveway. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. Large HD TV with Cable in living room and Master bedroom. HD Smart TV in master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator, glass top stove.

NOTICE: To use the clubhouse, hot tub, pools, gym, tennis and racquetball courts, etc.

A ONE-TIME fee of $125 allows access to the facilities to EVERYONE in your party for THE DURATION of your stay with us.

Everyone is loves the clubhouse. It includes a Jr. Olympic pool and sandy beach pool with outdoor volleyball, a large community hot tub, 7 Tennis courts, 2 glass-wall racquetball courts, weight room, cardio/aerobic room, and more

If you are going to want to use the Clubhouse amenities, please let us know so we can have the paperwork ready for you. The paperwork will be in the back cover of the House Manual. You pay the one-time fee of $125 directly to the clubhouse and that give everyone in your party plus guests access for the duration of your visit.

We welcome your pets but they MUST be disclosed and approved before you arrive. There is a one-time $35 pet fee. Please keep your pets off of all furniture - sofas and bed. You are financially responsible for any damage your furry family causes to the property.

Great value for an exceptionally comfortable stay

We have stayed at this property multiple times and enjoy it every time. It is spacious and has everything that we need to enjoy Gilbert. The location is fantastic - close to parks and biking trails. We plan on staying there again!

A Wonderful Stay

The house was well-stocked, huge, and comfy. It had everything my family needed for our stay in the Phoenix area. Check-in was a breeze, communication with the property owner was easy, and we had no issues with any items. We'd love to stay here again!

Great Stay!

This was the perfect rental for our long weekend in the Phoenix area! The house was clean, comfy, and had just what we needed. The owner was super nice and communicated well. Definitely recommend this rental to anyone!

We came down to AZ to celebrate ASU graduation. Kevin was absolutely amazing. He was quick to communicate, gave great recommendations (and I agree 100% with eating at Nando’s) and the house was exactly what we needed. Next time we come down to AZ we will certainly rent from Kevin again.

Christmas Stay

Home met our needs and was very well maintained. Check in process was very smooth and easy. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet with stores and restaurants nearby. Communication with host was very good and he responded immediately. We were there to celebrate Christmas and it worked out perfectly.

High value rental felt like home

Our stay at Kevin’s house in La Jolla Village was outstanding. The place was spotless throughout, it was very well supplied, quaint, modern, and the neighborhood was quiet & felt very safe. Kevin was a very attentive, gracious host from booking thru checkout. Recommend without hesitation.

Cute & clean

Check in was a breeze, house was clean & Kevin is quick to respond to any communication. They were doing road work during our stay which made getting in & out a little bumpy & the construction noise in the morning was a lot but that is nothing against the house. I will rent from Kevin again the next time we’re in town for the next family event.

A treasure in Gilbert

This was our second time staying at this property, and we plan on returning again next year. The house is spacious, in an excellent location and has everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxed for our stay. The Val Vista Lakes community has excellent options for walking, biking and water activities. Our host, Kevin, looked after our every need and did lots of extras to make our stay exactly what we wanted.

Location is perfect. House was as described. Second stay at this residence. Quiet neighborhood. Eateries and shopping all close by. If you are a walker or jogger you’re able to get this in.

Nice and easy

We found this home to be comfortable. The owner made check in extremely easy. The only issue we had were the two large piles of garbage on either side of the driveway. These made it difficult to get in and out and also looked horrible. The toaster and hair dryer should also replaced.

Fabulous house with everything you could ask for

We really enjoyed our stay in the Val Vista lakes community. The house is wonderful with lots of little extras to make us feel very comfortable. Lots of space to feel at home. We signed up to use the Val Vista lakes clubhouse and enjoyed swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding. The location is excellent for access to the bike/walking trail system in Gilbert. When we are back in the area, we would love to stay here again.

Good place to stay for a week

Visited grandparent's the house was nice and close. We 4 were pretty comfy. Some of the pictures of the rooms were different than advertised but they just need to be updated. No longer any wood floors all tile. Guesst beds Im told are a bit stiff but i really liked the bed in the main bedroom.

The house was immaculate very roomy and equipped with the essentials. The neighborhood was a very quiet and the neighbor is quite friendly. The ad was just a little misleading in In Expedia in the pictures they showed of the amenities the pool the clubhouse, and those amenity all came at an extra cost, which wasn’t quite properly advertised Kevin was very apologetic and the fact that he wasn’t aware that Expedia didn’t make it clear although when you go to the Verbo app, it gives you a better explanation. There is an extra charge. It all worked out and we had a blast if you do pay the extra charge to enjoy the clubhouse and all it has to offer. your trip will be amazing and I would definitely do it all over again.

This is the man-made pool at the clubhouse. It has a sandy beach and grass, which was very nice.
At the Sandy Beach lake they have a wonderful waterfall the staircase that leads up to a nice gazebo overlooking the whole area

great property and value

Property was very clean. Beds and furniture were comfortable. There were extra blankets and towels available. The property is a little worn, but very clean, and the rental price was really reasonable. Owner Kevin answered all questions before our arrival. He also left detailed instructions where to find grocery stores and a favorite restaurant. Light switches are all marked with light or fan they control - a plus when you aren't familiar with a property. Coffee pot is drip - bring your own ground coffee. One packet is provided until you make it to the store. Extra coffee filters are also in the cupboard. Do note that the front door is actually on the left side of the property inside the fence. (We arrived late at night and had to locate in the dark.) There is plenty of space to move around furniture and in and out of rooms, in case someone has mobility issues. We felt like the area was very safe. Check in and out was easy. Very much enjoyed our stay.
