Please read our policies before booking. They answer most of the questions our guests have and provide important information regarding our properties. Please note that this homes furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property.

This 4 B/R home has a lot to offer. It`s located in a quiet community and features a community oasis with swimming pools, lounge area, community BBQ grill, and ramada seating areas.. Perfect for a weekend getaway, a week away, or a month-long stay. Parking is limited in space and SIZE of vehicle, please read further down in the PARKING section for details.

SLEEPING AREAS:
 Master suite with king-size bed and attached full bathroom w/ shower (main floor)
 2nd Master suite with king-size bed and attached full bathroom w/ shower (second floor)
 Two private bedrooms with queen size beds (second floor) with guest bathroom access in hallway
 Living room with a queen size sofa bed (main floor)

COMMON AREAS:
Kitchen, dining room and living room.
A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.

The community clubhouse is a short walk away and features 7,000+ sq. ft. with a pool table room, a gourmet kitchen, great room, and a full 24 hr. fitness gym. The grounds of the club house have several gas grills areas for cook outs, two huge, heated swimming pools, two in ground spas, and two playground areas. 6 maximum guests per household in the pool area.

(Children supplies such as highchair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $3 per day per item, plus a $20 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

PARKING:
Please Park in the garage. The garage can accommodate 2 standard sized vehicles. Larger vehicles will need to be registered in the community for additional parking. Hours are limited. Thank you for not parking in the street or driveway (you could be towed at your own expense).

40” HDTV in Master Suite upstairs

POOL:
COMMUNITY POOL – Heated when weather is below 70 degrees and during the months of December through March. Hot tubs open year-round.

PETS:
Please let us know if you have pets as DOGS only are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e., dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we can inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned, you may need to purchase some of these items.

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

*We do not have any control or authority of the property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) and they may access the grounds during your stay.

Disclaimers
This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $300, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.

- Housing sex offenders;
- Operating or maintaining a sober living home;
- Selling liquor, illegal drugs or pornography;
- Operating a nude or topless dancing;
- Obscenity;
- Adult-oriented business; or
- Other uses prohibited by A.R.S. 9-500.39

Guest Access:
Groups will have access to all areas of the home. The community also has a clubhouse that features 2 heated swimming pool and hot tubs, multiple BBQ grills, 2 playgrounds, a large home theater, and a 24 hour fitness center.

The Neighborhood:
This is a new build area of Mesa.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.
