The room was ok. It did have a not so good smell when i walked in. The bed was super uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. The sofa bed had alot of stains, I put a towels over it to sit on. The breakfast was good and the outdoor pool was clean.

We enjoyed our stay. The only reason we did not give a 5 star is because of the setup with two hotels combined. We received different breakfasts, and couldn’t use the same doors. That inconvenience kept it from being a perfect stay.

We had a room overlooking the main room. Got very little sleep due to noise pollution....even the loud air conditioning did not drown out the noise. We arrived down for breakfast at 8.45 on our 2nd morning and there was no hot food left as there was a large group of children ( sports event on) staying. Not enough food made/available to cover amount of people. staying. Disappointping as the 1st morning breakfast was good.

Had everything we needed for a week long family stay. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke and odor do not stay on the top floor. We had to move down to a new room because there was a long term resident staying at the hotel who smokes in their room. The staff accommodated are request quickly. BTW the complimentary breakfast was good.

Our stay was nice, however it was only for one night. we did have trouble finding a parking spot but I believe there was a wedding being held at the facility, which is understandable.

Nice apartment style for the week. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t heated the week we stayed nor was the restaurant at our end. No big deal but would have liked to know that at time of booking. Otherwise it is a great place to stay.

Greatness achieved!
Very awesome, extremely friendly customer service (Even if they did turn down my offer for a piece of a twizzler... Lol), the maid service was awesome! The free breakfast was ok, the breakfast sandwiches were ok, the cheese tasted gross and old.

My deposits seem to go missing and never returned stayed 31-10th owed 300 in deposits that still havnt gone back with ample time when other days went back back just get run around call bank or it’s released it wasn’t released the steal it on the back end.

The hotel and room were clean and spacious.The pool was warm and area was nice. The evening fire pits were very beautiful. The exercise room was large and impressive. The pub was also nice to grab a bite and a drink later at night. The hotel staff was great too. The bed was not very comfortable. The road noise and ac were quite noisy. The breakfast was too crowded. Dishes and cutlery was not replenished. Coffee was either weak or empty. Trash was full. Food was dried out. The fruit looked 6 months old. We ate there 3 mornings. The parking lot had garbage, cigarette butts, and a tonne of dog feces everywhere. Because there are not many other hotels in this vicinity, I would stay again if I were visiting my friend again because I don’t like city driving.

Nothing to do with the staff, they were friendly and very professional. Attempted to check in via Hilton app. 3 different apps pop up to download. Why can’t they combine all into one? Had to leave wedding reception to check. Was a real inconvenience.

I love a room with space to unpack or at least to place suitcase and this room offered all of that. The fridge was basically full size and everything was nice and clean.

This was supposed to be an accessible room with accessible bathroom that accommodates a wheelchair user. This wheelchair user was very unhappy. Bars were not at the right height by the toilet. Also, one bar was placed too far ahead of the toilet. Neither were toilet height. Neither were bath bench given that a bar and the shampoo and body wash were on the wall behind the attached bench. Also, the sink area had not been properly made accessible. The mirror did not come down to the counter. Only people who were tall enough could see themselves in the bathroom mirror. The room was not well lit. There was a large mirror in the living area of the room that because there was not enough light, I could not do my make up properly at it.

I stayed in the Home2Suites side for a week while on business in Tempe Arizona. I have actually stayed here for several trips. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. I like the fact I can run by the Fry's grocery store and get some things to eat for the week. Then bring them back and put them in my own refrigerator. This way I don't always have to eat out at restaurants. They have breakfast in the morning and a pool to relax in after the days work is done. I have also used their laundry facilities at times as well as their small gym. I would definitely recommend them.

It was very loud in my room. I could hear the guest above me walking across the floor. I could hear street noise. The air conditioning unit was a window unit and it was extremely loud. Worst of all, the bed wasn't top tier--I could feel the springs through the mattress--isn't this a new hotel? I was very disappointed, for the Hilton brand this was pretty low budget. Nest time, I'd stay at the Hilton or try another hotel chain altogether. Also, you have to walk to the Hilton side of the property for any front desk service--so why not just stay at the Hilton. The only benefit of Home2 was the free breakfast, but then again, the other guests are picking up food with their fingers instead of the tongs so maybe the breakfast isn't a safe bet either...
