Comfortable. The bed and linens were amazing. We liked the curtain divider between the bed and lounge area. Juan at the front desk was professional and very helpful. Appreciated the full complementary breakfast and airport shuttle.

Didn’t receive a Hilton honors bag despite being an honor member, didn’t have enough towels for the number of guests in the room, when I called to ask for extra towels I was told I had to walk to the front desk to get them. Then we went to open the pull out couch for our kids to sleep on and it was dirty and unmade. It looked as though there were blood stains on the mattress. The room had no sheets and we had to walk down to the front desk to get them ourselves. The pool water was gross. I’ve never stayed at a place that made me fetch my own housekeeping, especially when the linens should have been here in the first place. There are better places to stay, don’t waste your money.

Nice hotel. Great staff- super accomodating. They let me check in early & have a late check out. Wonderful breakfast in AM. Only complaint, my room could have been cleaner. I felt it needed a refresh & better sanitation.

Overall, our stay was a good value but I would recommend other hotels before this one. We were there for a soccer tournament. We had a great experience when we stayed at another, perhaps newer Home2 Suites in California, so expectations were high. Unfortunately, this property did not live up to our first stay. The bed was not made correctly. The mattress cover/bed skirt was used as a blanket and I had to remake the bed. We typically do not use housekeeping while we travel on shorter trips. The bathroom, particularly the tub, had tiny gnats all over it. We would wash them drain and they would return every single day. Our schedule was hectic so I didn't bother to complain. The property, like most others in the area, was full because of the tournament. We did not have a lot of choices so we decide to stay in the room we had. The breakfast offered a decent selection but my son thought the waffles and syrup tasted awful. He ate a few other items but eventually went to the grocery store and had breakfast in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rest of the room appeared clean. We visited teammates staying in other nearby hotels at similar price points and liked those a bit better. I would only book this hotel again if those other hotels were not available.

Nice hotel
Very nice professional desk manager. We watched take care of a problem guest and a phone call from another guest before he got to us, but he remained pleasant and patient. Good job!

Noisy, not the best nights sleep
Didn’t have the best nights sleep here. The room had an odd “leftover food” smell when we checked in, and the room was facing a busy freeway so it was very noisy at night. Breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly however, and shuttle was quick and on time.

What happened to customer service?
My first contact with the front desk was unhelpful. I had a 5 a.m. check in & was told the shuttle did not start until 6 a.m. No suggestions no cab company telephone. I crossed the parking lot to another IHG hotel where the woman at the front desk arranged a cab for me. I was tired so bought 2 items from the lobby market. Usurious! A small profit is expected but their prices were TRIPLE their retail value. When I paid, the new check in desk employee was somewhat rude. He was checking in a group but informed me (a guest) that either I put it on my room, or I could get in back of the line of people checking in. I understand that he had several people to deal with but he could have communicated the same info in a far pleasanter manner. Never again. Next time, I will reserve at the hotel across the parking lot for future trips to Phoenix.

Everything is excellent at this hotel from top to bottom. The only thing that I didn’t like was the breakfast replenishment. Things were running out quick and there were no replenishment 🙂

I will think twice next time…
At check in, the desk clerk was very friendly to the Hispanic people in front of me. As soon as I stepped up his demeanor changed. He barely spoke to me mostly head nods. I told him I had a reservation he took my ID and flicked it back towards me on the counter. He ended up checking me in twice so at checkout the hotel refunded me for the second charge. He never told me my room number or any information about where things are located. It took ten minutes before we got water warm enough to stand in to shower. The sheets didn’t look clean had lint and hair on them. I’ve stayed here before and we loved it. Would think twice before staying here again. I traveled alone this time and as a woman I didn’t feel safe. It seemed like an apartment complex verses the hotel I’m used to staying at. There were several people in the room next to me that sounded like multiple children and one adult. It was very loud until 11pm. After traveling 9 hours and flying from DC I was absolutely exhausted or I wouldn’t have stayed.

Great short stay
We were in town for a concert at Chase Field and this hotel is close to the Metro train. I have to say the customer service was the best! Juan checked us in and did such a great job. Fast, efficient and very helpful. Best front desk experience in years.
