Fabulous stay! Everyone in our group loved this house and was sad to leave it to continue our trip in a different part of AZ. Everyone talked nonstop about how incredible this house was the rest of the trip! We made day trips to the Phoenix science center, Camelback Mtn and Lego discovery and Aquarium, which were all within reach. This place is now the high high bar my children have for vacation homes! The pool was heated and comfortable, which was by far everyone’s favorite part!!

A little Sad
The host was really good to work with, the pool, hot tub and towels on the residence were good however, the house inside and out needs cleaning, updating and just a whole over haul. There were many appliances and furniture indoor and outdoor that need to be DISCARDED and replaced. There was just too much unnecessary clutter in this home. There was not much attention to detail on this property, old food in the fridge and cupboards, no proper kitchen linen and the house was very dark with most lights needing new bulbs. This is very unfortunate as the house has very good potential to be a great rental.

It always amazes me how one group can give a 1 star review and the very next group gives a 5 star glowing review and calls the rental the best one they have ever seen. Wendy was very picky and was moving furniture around on day one. Nothing was right in her eyes. The house is professional cleaned after every rent and deep cleaned at least twice a year. I have been renting this house for 12 years and I have never received a 1 star. I don't think Wendy would ever be happy with any rental. I try very hard to make this rental a great experience for all renters, but sometimes no matter how hard you try the renter is just not happy. very sad. Please read the 5 star review from (Beth Mar 27-Apr 1) the group right after picky Wendy.

Great house-needs a deep cleaning
The house was great! Very beautiful home. The up keep, tidiness, and cleanliness lacked. House was very dusty, toilets were dirty, kitchen was dirty, cabinets were filthy inside and out, bugs in cabinets and bowls. Oven was extremely dirty. Bella are you ready for me to do your hair anything else you need to get ready? I was like before we left my bracelets in my Bible bag you know them. I went to the store to buy cleaning supplies to clean before I could cook anything. Lots of personal items still in home/cabinets.

What a fun place to stay!
We were a mixed group of friends and family on an extended stay around a gymnastics tournament for my granddaughter. The house was perfect to handle our large group. There were so many places to go with enough of everything needed: pool toys, pool lounges, chairs around fire pit, outside or inside eating, games galore, tv recliners (4!) + other seating for when the game was on! And the pool was a big hit and large and deep enough for everyone playing pool basketball. The hot tub was perfect as the night cooled. The cornhole game was a hit also. Part of the family had planned on leaving to go explore up to Sedona but was having so much fun they decided to stay and enjoy the house's many amenities. Lastly, there was just about every spice and condiment you could think of already there and a large kitchen made for group cooking. The only suggestion for users is the downstairs back bedroom can hear plumbing from bathroom so put someone in there who is deaf, like me, or sleeps deep or don't flush during the night. Altogether great house with every amenity.

Great property needs tlc
The house and Ammenities worked out well. I felt like this is a lived in home and they rent it out. The beds looked like they were slept in. When looking in the linen closet everything was shoved in there and rolled in a ball. Hence the wrinkled beds. Oven was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Bathroom tub had moldy grout. Just didn't feel clean. It's a great house with a great pool area. Just need a little tlc

In order to turn the house around fast there are extra clean sheets ready to replace all used ones. It takes 5-6 loads in the washer and dryer (about 6 hours) to clean all beds and towels, so all sheets are cleaned offsite and they are folded/stored until needed, making they look not as fresh as if they came straight out of the dryer. Also no one lives at this house and it is professionally cleaned.

Check in was easy, plenty of room for our group, hot tub was clean and ready BUT the pool and outside living area was dirty with debris. The master bd bed cover has obvious stain on it, bath mats were not clean. When I spoke with the owner, he said outside was dirty from high winds. I anticipated he would try to get everything clean ASAP! There is broken blinds in kitchen and dining areas.

This winter has been colder/windier than I have seen in the last 12 years. The day before Rose arrived I used the blower on the back patio but it was windy that night and was not able to come back the next morning to repeat the cleaning before Rose arrived that day. Rose was quick to find a couple of things that she was not happy with and quickly wrote her review after getting home. Sometimes no matter how hard you try to make every renters experience great, you just can't make all renters happy. With renters coming and going within hours sometimes the cleaners can miss something. Sorry Rose, I DO try hard to make every renters experience great.

We were all surprised how much room we had inside and outside. We filled every room and never felt like we were crowded. There were many activities provided onsite. Our favorite amenity was the giant gong.

Perfect Girls Getaway
We had a blast at this property, we had 9 women celebrating a "60th" party weekend. We utilized the hot tub and grill. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us!

Great place!
A very comfortable, roomy place! Has more than we could have possibly needed. Back porch and yard were awesome and where we spent most of our time. communication with owner was easy and he is very responsive and timely. Will definitely stay here again!

Desert Holiday
This property perfectly suited our needs. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the house allows for privacy among guests if needed! Kitchen was well equipped and back yard a great oasis.

Fun Stay
The pool and backyard are as advertised. With 9 feet in depth, the pool was ideal for our kids (ages 9-13). We spent every afternoon in the pool and hot tub. The backyard games were fun and we loved lounging, reading and napping on the variety of patio furniture. There were plenty of pool toys and floaties, so there is no need to bring your own. The beds were comfortable and the house provided plenty of sitting, eating, and sleeping space for our family of 9. The kitchen comes equipped with basic cooking utensils, but could use a griddle and more than one cookie sheet. The grill was the cleanest I've ever seen with any of our rentals. We ate most of our meals in rather than going out, though there are a variety of restaurants, golf courses and things to do within a 30 minute drive. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet and felt very safe. There is a lot of stuff in the house that made it feel a little cluttered and closed in. The place must be a beast to dust with all of the knick knacks and over abundance of furniture, but it wasn't dusty. The bathrooms and countertops were clean. That said, the walls were sticky and had smears here and there. There were occasional crusties along the bannister and kitchen cabinets that come from renters that care less about the place they're renting than their own house. To be clear, the house isn't dirty, but the walls and cabinets could use a scrubbing. It is apparent that there is a monumental effort to keep the place clean, but at least some of that effort is largely used up on the vast amount of useless "stuff." Hence the four stars. All of that said, we came for the pool area and the backyard where we spent virtually all of our time. That area is the jewel of the property.

Great Family Getaway
Steve has a beautiful, clean, house in a safe area. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a while. I've read some of the reviews and ALL of the good ones are accurate. Loved our stay!
We had 5 adults, 3 kids (5-10) and one infant staying at this property. There was an abundance of room for all of us. Steve had 2 pack n plays, a high chair, and a bouncy chair which made travelling with a baby so much more convenient! The older kids had so much to do as well with the arcade machine, corn hole, ladder ball, and of course, the heated pool! There were a lot of pool floaties and toys available as well. The fire table was a nice touch for our one cooler night and the ice machine was key. The house is conveniently located to many amenities, Top Golf, the Tanger Outlet mall, the football stadium, and the Westgate Entertainment District. Finally, Steve was very accommodating for our early flight in and late flight home which was greatly appreciated. He is also very fast at responding to any questions you may have during your stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Spring Break Vacation
This house was great for the 9 of us that made the trip. We had 4 adults and 5 kids, and it was plenty of room both inside and out for us. When at the house we spent most of our time outside. The house had plenty of outside pool toys and other activities. There was more then enough towels for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook anything you want. We used the grill most nights and that worked great. The gas firepit was nice for early more coffee drinking. If we come back to this area I will look up this house.

Wonderful, family get together in Glendale!
Steve was very accommodating and extremely easy to communicate with from check-in to check-out. We had a group of 7 adults and an 18 month old and never once felt crowded in the house. This is NOT a party house. With a 3 night minimum it is too expensive to be a party house. Future renters should read the more than 80 five star reviews. In 12 years of doing VRBO I have never had a group forget to check-out on check-out morning. This is a home owners worst situation. With another group wanting to check-in is just a few hours and with the renter not answering her phone and txt messages taking 3 hours to return this was not good. They ended up checking out late, with no apologies. They thought that the next day was their check-out day. No renter has ever called this house a party house. clueless.

Eight guys on a 4 day golf trip.
This house was clean and ready for us to comfortably relax. We especially enjoyed the large TV room for us all to hang out and enjoy the NFL playoff games. The outdoor space was large with lots of seating to enjoy the gas fire pit, hot tub, pool, and BBQ grills. The kitchen has all the amenities of the home for cooking and plenty of space. We had an exceptional stay at this property

We had multiple adult family members and the need for at least 3 bathrooms plus 5 bedrooms was a must. The house meet our needs for sure. We were able to have other family members come to the house which worked real well. We had members from Idaho, Oregan, Illinois and Kansas. The house would be better if there was less artificial flowers about. We appreciated the extra care the host did in making us feel welcome.

Dirty, cluttered, in poor repair
This house is full of clutter and junk inside and outside, shower curtain is filthy, bedding is nasty and nothing matches, towels are old and dingy. Carpet had a big stain in the family room, and the inside of all the kitchen cabinets were so gross. The pool heater was broken, the ice machine was broken, the outside chairs are broken. There are sweat stains on the outside cushions, the couch in the family room is filthy. While we were there I got the fountain working and I cleaned and organized the pantry. Do not stay here.

This group was upset with me one week before they even arrived, they wanted the pool heated and that was not possible. Maybe they assumed that most pools were heated in Az. Sometimes no matter how hard you try you will not make certain people happy. This group could not wait to get home and write the most negative review possible. I think this group would be better off staying at a 5 star hotel and hopefully they would be happy then.

Spring vacation
My husband, child and parents stayed at this house that had more than enough room inside and out. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and yard activities on the outside and my husband and son enjoyed trying to put score each other on the video game system on the inside. I would definitely stay here again! Steve is so easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

The property was as Steven had posted as far as bedrooms and bathrooms. The place was a bit cluttered as it had a lot of furniture inside and out. While we found everything we needed the place could use a good dusting and organizing. Also, the linens could do a refresh as some of them were in bad shape. All in all I would rent again but Steven could kick it up a notch.

Great rental property!!
Had some family come in from New Mexico for a long weekend stay. Everyone enjoyed the home. Steven was quick to answer and help with all our needs. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everything as advertised!
The property was accurately represented in the listing, and it was a wonderful stay. Plenty of room to spread out and relax, kids loved the arcade. Steven was an excellent host, we will definitely book with him again.
