Well equipped home overlooking the 7th Green on Coyote Lakes GC. Conveniently located 10-15 minutes from most spring training, also near Cardinals and Coyotes venues. Patio faces west towards the White Tank Mountains. Enjoy beautiful sunsets. Drive West to Surprise and all it's food options, Drive East and you have unlimited dining options from upscale (Arrowhead Grill) to every chain in existence (well maybe not literally.) Watch the golfers come up from a safe distance.Nicely landscaped yard, fruit trees, BBQ newer appliances and anything you could need for an enjoyable stay. No reviews on this property as I just took it over, but if concerned, read the reviews on my previous listing #1240689 and you will see I am a reputable host. There is a community heated pool for stays longer than 30 days. There is also wi-fi and Cable as well as obvious access to netflix amazon etc through living room TV.

Excellent Stay
My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay in Surprise. The home was spacious, well equipped, comfortably furnished and met all our needs. Great location on the golf course with access to the community pool. Our hosts were wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. We would certainly recommend this home to our friends and family.
