  • The Pointe Resort is a gated, resort style community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles from downtown or the airport. You will Be happy you chose to stay in this Large updated 2 Bed, 2 Bath home away from home 2nd floor unit. Two Master Bedroom suites provides the ideal floorplan for privacy, enjoy it with your family, or share between Two Couples. DVR with full cable package and TV in every room. This unit is Perfectly located overlooking one of Three Swimming Pools, and Spas. Choose any one of the complexes three separate pool areas situated to enjoy either morning sun or gorgeous pink Phoenix sunsets, plenty of lounge seating and shaded areas to choose from. You will also Love relaxing on your private shaded deck with a cold drink. Expect No hassle check in with entry code and Free Covered Parking. Your vacation condo will always be Professionally cleaned and disinfected to CDC standards before your arrival.
    Create fantastic meals with ease from your fully equipped kitchen or you might just choose to grill your lunch poolside. All pools and spas are meticulously cleaned and temperature controlled. You may also decide to use the supplied rackets and balls at the on-site tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts.
    Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away for all your grocery needs to stock up that completely outfitted kitchen. There are four major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base with easy access to all the great golf courses, night life, restaurants, MLB spring training, NASCAR, Barrett Jackson auto auction, Phoenix Cardinals NFL, Phoenix Suns NBA, Coyotes NHL old town Scottsdale with its arts centered charm, and it's within a few hours driving distance to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego and Rocky Point, Mexico. Amazing stay! Definitely recommend!!

This was a great find! Great stay! Very clean, and everything you may need was there. Loved being right by the pool/hot tub as It was like we had our own pool. Close to many golf courses and restaurants.

Our stay was great from start to finish! The condo had everything we needed to relax and enjoy dinner together each evening. Our girls used the hot tub and pool nearly everyday and the location made it easy to get around the Phoenix area.

Great Spring Training, golf and Grand Canyon Stay!

Nice centrally located condo that was perfect for my son and I to enjoy all that Phoenix and the surrounding areas offer. Hosts provided excellent instructions and their location was perfect for us including close access to an onsite pool. The condo was very clean and comfortable…thank you!

October Getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was just as described… clean, quiet, great location with beautiful views. Our hosts were very nice and emailed with instructions as well as an update about work that would be done at the resort. We would highly recommend staying at the condo if you are looking for a vacation in the Phoenix area!

Love Arizona

Great Girls Weekend Stay - Close to Everything!

This is a super cute Vrbo perfect for two adults, two couples or a family of four. My friend and I came to visit Phoenix, Scottsdale and Gilbert for a quick “girls weekend” not on a weekend and it was clean, nicely decorated and had a clean fun pool and hot tub in a gated community with friendly residents. Very equipped with all the basic kitchen necessities and towels, even had pool floats. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend or stay again!

cozy retreat

We loved our stay. The kitchen has modern counters and cabinets. The bedrooms were both spacious and one did not seem superior to the other. The pool was nice and pleasant to view from the window and balcony. The location was just right for us. I'm glad we chose to stay here-rather than a hotel.

Excellent stay, so comfortable

This condo is ideal for a home base during our vacation.. it was clean, super comfortable, and quiet..the pool is amazing and close to the unit.I cannot say enough about the hosts. Beautiful, bright condo!

We loved the condo! It was bright, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming every day. We were staying in Phoenix to take our daughter to college at GCU. We found the location easy to access the school and a variety of other areas around town. We definitely will come back!

Lovely, spacious and comfortable second floor apartment. Sparkling clean. We loved being close to one of the pools on the property. Pool was heated (we were there in December) and the outdoor hot tub was great. The two bedrooms were on opposite sides of the living room so there was good privacy. Lovely terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen in the apartment was well provisioned. We had one car, so we used the designated parking space for the unit, but there was ample visitor parking as well. The hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend this apartment!!

Nice condo

It is a nice condo well stocked with whatever you may need in the kitchen plus pool floats, games, yoga mats etc. The place was clean and both bathrooms and bedrooms were nice. I appreciated the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. We found restaurants & hiking nearby and would love to have stopped at some of the vintage stores if we had time!

Just as advertised: Clean, quiet beautiful resort

I have rented condos like this numerous times but I would say that these hosts are up there at the top as far as hosts go. Lots of small touches in the condo to make your visit very comfortable & easy (eg. basic pantry items, cable package with streaming services, full equipped kitchen). Hosts are also very responsive. We had a small issue shortly after we arrived & it was dealt with very quickly.

Amazing rental!

We loved staying here! The condo is one of the nicest places we've rented; it was perfect for our family. The kitchen is well equipped, has comfortable furniture, there's plenty of closet space, and has a washer & dryer (no shared facilities!). We did not use the pool or jacuzzi, but they are kept clean. We did use the basketball court. The facility is gated, has plenty of security cameras, and is very quiet. We will definitely use this facility again.

Phoenix Trip for Aunt's 100th Birthday

Very neat property, kitchen and bathrooms very nicely remodeled. Beds are very comfortable. Living area very nice and comfortable couch. One of the bedrooms was a little warm, I used the cooling fan on the nightstand and a floor fan to make it more comfortable. A ceiling fan in that room would help. Property was secure and close to our Aunt's assisted living facility. Easy drive to airport.
